Academic Planning Cross-Site Course Credit Update (SIS-184689)
An issue giving double credits to students enrolled in cross-site courses has been corrected to award only one credit for a cross-site course.

Currently, when selecting to add all programs to students in the Batch Program Assignment Wizard students are also assigned all flags. This issue has been corrected.

Activity Registration
Activity Registration & School Store Maintenance (SIS-185485)
The following updates have been made to the Activity Registration and School Store tools:
- Fixed an issue caused by empty Attribute fields when adding products in the School Store.
- Fixed an error that made users unable to view the roster of a canceled Activity.

Assessment
Import of Blank Test Scores (SIS-175584)
Child tests failed to import into the Assessment Center when they included scores, and the parent test had null values in some score fields. This issue has been resolved. When importing any test score data with a blank/NULL value for either Raw Score or Scale Score, those fields are set to NULL in the dbo.testScore table. Errors are no longer generated, and test score records are created without issues.

Unable to Read LF Line Breaks in CSV Files (SIS-182618)
Assessment Center functionality was impacted when users tried to import a CSV file that included LF line breaks instead of CR LF line breaks. This issue was resolved. Users can import CSV files created on a Linux, Unix, or macOS system that include LF line breaks without issue.

Mapping Does Not Save Without a Header Row (SIS-185024)
When the "Source File Includes Header" checkbox was not selected in Step 2 - Data Detail File, the mappings saved in Step 3 - Data Mapping would be cleared when navigating to another step. This issue has been resolved. Mappings in Step 3 are saved regardless of whether the "Source File Includes Header" box is checked in Step 2.

Cross-Site Enrollment
Cross-Site Enrollment - Interdistrict Attendance Data Syncing (SIS-183949)
To ensure all attendance data is available to Home Schools and Serving Schools, when a loss of data occurs at either school, the data syncing workflow used by Managed Services (on an as needed basis) follows other attendance workflow updates of the Serving School is the source of truth.
- After determining how many days back the attendance will be resynced, data from the serving school is sent to the home school.
- The home school processes the data so the attendance records match the serving school's data.
- Data is sent from the Home School to the Serving School.
- Any attendance records not sent from the Serving School to the Home School are deleted.

An error was returned when attempting to map a Cross-Site Enrollment course when the Course GPA Weight was NULL. This has been corrected.

Cross-Site Enrollment - Teacher Attendance Present Value (SIS-184844)
When a teacher at the Serving School marks a Cross-Site Student absent, that attendance record is transferred to the Home School and cannot be edited. When the same teacher updates that student's absence to present, the home school attendance record is deleted and can be re-entered with any value. This has been corrected.
Now, when a teacher changes an attendance record for a Cross-Site student from absent to present, that change is transferred to the home school as a Present status and cannot be modified at the Home School.

Messenger 2.0 Message Images (SIS-186566)
Messenger 2.0 now supports embedding images directly in the message body. When an image is added, it is uploaded to the Campus Digital Repository and can be sent via Inbox or Email Delivery Modes. Users can insert images by dragging and dropping them into the message body, copying and pasting, or uploading from their computer using the file manager. Uploaded images are stored in an image manager for future use in other messages. The Inbox / Email - Inline Images option will need to be toggled on from the Digital Repository Preferences tool to enable this functionality.

The 'CumulativeGPA' data element on the Student Academic Record was updated to report a student’s transcript-based cumulative GPA:
- Takes 'Unweighted GPA' on Transcript multiplied by the 'GPA Weight' for each course on the student’s transcript.
- When 'Unweighted GPA' is null, it uses the 'GPA Value' multiplied by 'GPA Weight' for each course on the student’s transcript.
- Sums the above and divides by the total number of credits (GPA Weight) across all transcript records.

Kentucky Home Primary Language List Update (SIS-186562)
The Central American Indian (CAI) and South American Indian (SAI) languages were added to the Kentucky Home Primary Language dropdown. The Indian (0690) code was removed from the list, and any existing records with that code will be converted to North American Indian languages (1025).

Several minor improvements were made to the Massachusetts Individual Education Plan, including:
- A spelling mistake was corrected on the Measurable Annual Goals editor.
- The option, 4 day cycle, was added to the Per Day Cycle dropdown on the Special Education Services, Related Services, Consultation Services, and ESY Services editors.
- The Eval Results field on the Evaluation Information editor is now required to save the editor.
- The evalResults field was added to Ad hoc and pulls from the Eval Results field on the Enrollment Information editor.
- The Participation in General Education Setting editor can no longer be placed in a Not Needed status.

Michigan-Ed-Fi-Primary School Field Added (SIS-186551)
A 'primarySchool' data field was added to the Student School Associations resource. It indicates if a given enrollment record should be considered the primary record for a student. The field reports 'True' if the Enrollment Service Type is 'P' or 'N'. Otherwise, it reports 'False'.

- Reports 2 if the student has a completed Course with Industry Credentials of '2: Received 2 or more Industry Recognized Credentials'.
- Reports 2 if the student has completed multiple Courses with Industry Credentials of '1: Received an Industry Recognized Credential'.
- Reports NULL in all other situations.

North Carolina - ALPS Updates (SIS-185554)
The ALPS has been moved from Student Information > General to Student Information > State Programs. The program record has also been updated to a new look to meet technology initiatives.
With this move, a conversion has been done to move current ALPS data to the new database table (now AltProgram). ALPS data in the Filter Designer is also in a new location.

North Carolina - Admission Status Copies Forward Unlocked (SIS-186513)
The Admission Status attribute on the Enrollment record is now marked as Copies Forward in the Attribute Dictionary. This means data associated with this field rolls forward when rolling enrollments forward.

North Carolina - CTE Extract Updates (SIS-186524)
The following updates have been made to the CTE Extract:
- Only Primary Enrollments are included.
- Only active enrollments (enrollments without an end date or enrollments active on the entered effective date) or enrollments that have an end date but have a Local End Status of W4 or W6 are included.
- The OCS/ECS Flag field has been updated to report a value of O, E, or blank when the student participates in OCS/ECS programming, entered on the EC Designated Course of Study field.
- Primary Disability field reports a Y when Primary Disability has a value. Otherwise, this field reports N.
- The School Year field reports the calendar year when the Concentrator was completed. When there is no end date entered for the Concentrator, the Calendar Year reports. When the program is not set to Concentrator, the field reports blank.
- The following fields report a value of Y when the student was active on the effective date:
- Single Parents
- English Learners
- Homeless Students
- Migrant Students
- Youth with Parents in Active Military

A script has been run to remove all Social Security numbers from all person records that may have been entered.

The State End Status list has been updated to include the following codes:
- 73062: Exited, expected return to same school beginning of next year
- 01926: Reached maximum age for services
