Guardians can set up tuition payment plans as part of the student registration process. Guardians specify their total tuition commitment, optionally designate additional payers, and sign a tuition agreement within the OLR application.

OLR Tuition maps the tuition for specific schools and grade levels within OLRIn addition to OLR Tuition rights, rights to one of the following other OLR tools are also needed:
- Read and Write rights to OLR System Settings to enable the Include Tuition Section checkbox
- Read, Write, Add, and Delete rights to OLR Lists Bank to configure payment plans
- Read and Write rights to OLR Literals Bank to configure tuition agreements
- Read, Write, Add, and Delete rights to OLR Builder to view and manage Tuition pleats
AND Read, Write, Add, and Delete rights to the Tuition Group Setup tool to create a tuition group, generate all the supported tuition components. and manage tuition groups.
