Academic Planning Batch Program Assignment Wizard Update (SIS-182838)
The Batch Program Assignment Wizard has been updated to include new selection items for the Select Programs drop-list. Users who select Type Academic Program or Academic Program (Automated) may select to include All Programs in the Batch Program or they may use the CTRL or Shift keys to select multiple programs.

Accessibility – Parent Portal Updates (SIS-185174)
The following updates were made to improve the accessibility of the Parent Portal:
- The Address Effective Date datepicker is now disabled and non-focusable until the radio button is selected.
- Datepickers now have a more accessible separate button with its own tabstop to invoke a popup where a user can manually enter a date.
- The Add Payment Method Custom State listbox now supports full keyboard navigation.
- The Add Course modal dialog button actions are now wrapped in htmp list tags.

Activity Registration
Activity Waitlist (SIS-179783)
Added an Activity Registration Waitlist feature that enables staff to mark activities as requiring a waitlist. Students can join the waitlist, and staff can grant or remove spots as needed. When inventory for a purchase option reaches zero, the "Add to Cart" button will change to "Join Waitlist" if the waitlist functionality is enabled for the activity.

Saving Scores in Multi-Score (SIS-183891)
Previously, when scoring assignments in the Multi-Score view, if a user scrolled far down the page before entering a score, that score was sometimes not saved. This has been corrected.

Rapid Scoring (SIS-185103)

Portal Gender Identity (SIS-184819)
A new Portal Gender Identity preference tool has been added to the Portal Preferences. This tool allows districts to indicate whether the Demographics tool in Campus Student and Campus Parent should Display Gender and Display Pronoun. These settings apply to all schools in the district.
Both options are disabled by default, unless the district has Self Service Options > Activate Demographics > Display Student Demographics enabled.
Note: display of Gender and Pronoun fields also depend on whether the fields are enabled in the Core Attribute/Dictionary.

Making changes to a primary enrollment record that has already ended but is within the same calendar year as an active Cross-Site Enrollment caused the Cross-Site Enrollment to be ended as well. This has been corrected.

The State Code and Name on mapped Cross-Site Enrollment courses were not populating at the Home School or on Transcript records. This has been corrected.
A script has been created that will populate any missing State Course Number and Name for any transcript record that has been posted.

Custom Forms
View Custom Form Batches Created by Others Update (SIS-172107)
Users with the appropriate tool rights can now view Form Batches created by other users. See the Form Batch Setup tool for additional information.

Custom Form eSignature Guardian Selection Enhancement (SIS-183607)
Users now can determine the number of parents/guardians required to sign a Custom Form electronically. This includes No eSignature Required, One Guardian eSignature Required, and All Guardian eSignatures Required options on the Custom Forms Setup tool. This update applies to all custom and core module custom forms. Premium Suite Custom Forms have a different process for determining the number of guardian signatures, and the Custom Module Setup options only determine if signatures are required or not to complete the form.
When One Guardian eSignature Required is selected, users on the Forms tool can select which parent(s)/guardian(s) will receive the Custom Form in the Review Participants side panel. Only one signature is required, but the custom form can be sent to multiple parents/guardians. When assigning Custom Forms to students using the Form Batch Setup tool, the form is automatically sent to all parents/guardians, but only one guardian signature is required to complete the form.

Forms eSignature Ad hoc Fixes (SIS-185199)
The logic for reporting guardian eSignature statuses in Ad hoc was updated to account for when one guardian signature is required but the form is sent to two or more guardians. A misspelled field in Ad hoc (signerPersonID) was corrected. See the Forms article for additional information.

Data Extract Utility SFTP Key Exchange Manager Updates (SIS-185152)
The following updates were made to improve the Data Extract Utility SFTP Key Exchange Manager:
- The refresh option in the tool now says Refresh instead of OK.
- When a configuration is deleted, you will now receive a dynamic alert indicating you deleted the configuration.
- The Delete button is now red.

DIS Error Log Update for Roster: Cannot Insert Duplicate Key (SIS-184283)
DIS Errors received when duplicate keys were inserted into the roster table have been corrected. These errors may have occurred when rosters were deleted and re-inserted by external tools, which also resulted in rosterGUID changes.

DIS Error Log Special Ed Progress Report Null District ID Fix (SIS-184287)
An issue was fixed when attempting to create a Special Ed Progress Report without a districtID, which caused the Error Log to generate "insert record failure" entries. The system previously didn't assign a districtID when the districtNumber was invalid. Now, the sync checks if the districtID exists and is valid and doesn't attempt to sync when it's not.

DIS Error Log Special Ed Progress Report Sync Fix (SIS-184307)
An issue was fixed when a Special Ed Progress Report was associated with a PlanID for a plan that did not exist at the state because the plan was unlocked. Now, Progress Reports only look at locked plans when syncing to the state. This fix will reduce the volume of errors displayed in the DIS Error Log.

Ed-Fi Data Tool Update (SIS-185128)
The Ed-Fi Data tool has been updated to no longer have a validation that checks for an Enrollment in a non-excluded school in a school year that an Ed-Fi Connection is set up for.

Daily Health Log Tool Rights Fix (SIS-184045)
Previously, users were required to have the Add tool right to Student Information General Scheduling to use the Document Upload functionality on the Daily Health Log. With this update, this tool right dependency is no longer required, and users only need Daily Health Log tool rights.

Health Screening DIS Error Log Verbiage Update (SIS-185084)
The following Health Screening Error Log messages were updated to correct the units of measurement:
The error, "The height must be between 12 and 99 lbs," was updated to "The height must be between 12 and 99 ins."
The error, "The weight must be between 15 and 999 ins," was updated to "The weight must be between 15 and 999 lbs."

Special Ed Plan Type Setup Default Update (SIS-185198)
With the release of Campus.2503 (January 2025), the Campus Default IEP was rewritten in the New Look of Campus. After this release, an issue was fixed for some states where the default plan type that populated on the Plan Type Setup tool Print Format dropdown was not displaying the correct option.

BIE-Student Locator Requires State ID (SIS-184807)
Following a recent update, a State ID/UID was required when using the Student Locator Wizard to add a new student to a BIE system in North Carolina. State IDs are not required for BIE schools. The field requirement was removed from the Student Locator Wizard on BIE sites in North Carolina to align with BIE schools in other states.

BIE-State Code Name Field Removed from Transcript (SIS-185194)
Following changes released in Campus.2447, 'State Code Name' was displayed as a required field for BIE schools in North Carolina when using the New Detail option to enter new course credits on the Transcripts tool editor. 'State Code Name' is not used for Transcripts in BIE schools. The field was removed from the Transcript tool editor on BIE sites in North Carolina to align with BIE schools in other states.

BIE-Unable to Create Enrollments (SIS-185366)
Following changes released in Campus.2451, attempts to create student enrollments generated errors. Enrollment records were eventually created after an undetermined length of time. This issue has been resolved. Users can create student enrollment records without errors or delay.

Kentucky Preschool Enrollment Count Report Updates (SIS-183581)
Several updates were made to the Kentucky Preschool Enrollment Count report, including:
Only one preschool service record reports per primary enrollment. When multiple records exist, the record with the most recent start date reports. When start dates are the same, the record most recently added reports.
Any duplicates on the Validation Report are now reported in Warning 2. Records on the Validation report do not display on the Detail report.

Kentucky Cross-Site Enrollment Attendance Workflow Update (SIS-184712)
Previously, attendance recorded for Cross-Site Enrollment students allowed for processing at both the Home School and the Serving School. This has been updated to make the *Serving School the school of record* for Kentucky. This applies to participation in both Interdistrict and Intradistrict.
- Any initial status coming from the Home School can be accounted for in the Serving School unless the Serving School has already supplied a status.
- Attendance status changes cannot be made at the home school.
- Additional changes from the Home School where the Serving School has already reconciled the status or added their own status is not accounted for at the Serving School.

Nevada-Attendance Updates (SIS-183541)
There was an issue with attendance data not reporting accurately in the Nevada aggregation tables. This has been resolved.
Attendance Aggregation was verified by ensuring the Student Daily Attendance Detail counts attendance codes not mapped to a State Code. The Chronic Absenteeism Report was updated to not count unmapped attendance codes for Chronic Absenteeism EdFactsDaysAbsent, NVStateDaysAbsent, and FederalDaysAbsent.
The Attendance Aggregation Refresh tool must be run to apply these changes.

North Carolina - Graduation Data Verification Report Updates (SIS-184674)
The following updates have been made to the Graduation Data Verification Report:
- A Diploma Issue Date field has been added to aid in confirming the Diploma Period (Summer, Regular, Mid-Year) is accurate. This field reports the Diploma Date for the reported diploma record entry.
- The Start Date and End Date fields have been removed from the extract editor. Logic has been modified to instead use hardcoded dates of 08/07/XX, where XX is the beginning year of the reporting enrollment, to 08/06/XX, where XX is the end year of the reporting enrollment. For example, an enrollment in the 24-25 school year would have a start date of 08/07/24 and an end date of 08/06/25.

Texas-Ed-Fi-Parent Declined Not Reporting (SIS-185532)
When a student was designated as EL, but the Parent declined services, the object did not report without a mapped Ed-Fi Service. The logic was updated on the Student Language Program Associations resource to address this issue:
- Program Reference: Added hardcoded program reference for parent declined.
- Report reference to the Bilingual program if a student has the EL Service Type 'B0'.
- Report a reference to the ESL program if a student has the EL Service Type 'E0'.
- Object Triggering: Updated to report if the student has a mapped Ed-Fi Code for EL Service Type or EL Service Type = 'B0' or 'E0'.

This update requires a resync for the Student Education Organization Responsibility Association and the Student School Association resources.

Several updates were implemented for the Virginia Student Behavior and Administrative Response Collection (SBAR) report, including:
- Three new data elements were added: Responsible Division, Responsible School, and Expulsion Flag.
- The logic for reporting the Enrolled Division and School data elements was updated to report the Responsible Division and School instead of the Serving Division and School.
- The logic for reporting the OSS By Sch Admin, OSS By Div Admin, OSS By Sch Board, Alt Placement By Div Admin, and Alt Placement By Sch Board data elements was updated to no longer zero out hours when the Assigned by logic was incorrect.
