Events & Actions is a means to cue/prompt staff when a change occurs that requires staff attention, such as a schedule change, a new student enrolling in the district, or a student leaving the district.
When given rights to Events & Actions, users can also view the list of User Groups available in their district, even if they do not have rights to user groups. However, they cannot see the individual members of the user groups.

This is a powerful tool requiring technical knowledge of the Campus database. Campus Administrators should assign tool rights to a very limited set of users and only when completely necessary.
