The Programs tool in Student Information > General and in Census > People are related tools that display similar information. Districts define what a Program is and how it's structured.
Note that programs entered for a student in Student Information > General > Programs will be accessible in Census > People > Programs for users who have tool rights allowing this access.
See the Programs article to learn more about this tool.

Read - User can view Program records.
Write - User can edit existing Program records.
Add - User can add a new Program record.
