Health vaccines and their associated compliance listings are based on state guidelines. While Infinite Campus maintains standard guidelines for all states, districts can enter additional compliance information. The following information describes vaccine compliance rules defined by the New Hampshire Department of Health.

General Compliance
- Vaccine doses administered less than or equal to 4 days before the minimum interval or age are considered valid.
- Doses administered 5 days before the minimum interval or age are not considered valid and must be repeated as age-appropriate.
- Vaccines given before 6 weeks of age are not considered valid, with the exception of Hepatitis B.
- Half doses or reduced doses of a vaccine are not considered valid.

Tdap
- One dose is required for students ages 11 and older if more than 5 years have passed since they received the last dose of a vaccine containing tetanus. Students younger than 11 at the beginning of the year are required to have the dose at the start of the next year.
- Another dose of Tdap is required 10 years after the original dose was received.
