Child Find Report (BIE SPPI Reports)

Tool Search: SPPI Reports

The Child Find Report is used to report the counts of students who either have or have not completed their BIE Evaluation Summary within 60 days of parental consent being given.

The Child Find Report is only available in NASIS State Edition sites.

Report Editor Fields

Reporting YearIdentifies the year the data reports.
Select SchoolsIdentifies the school the data reports.
Report GenerationThe report can be marked to generate immediately using the Generate Report button or can be marked to generate at a later time using the Submit to Batch button. See the Batch Queue article for additional guidance. When the report generates, it will generate in a new window in CSV format.

Generate the Child Find Report

  1. Select 11: Child Find Report from the SPPI Indicator drop list.
  2. Select a Reporting Year.
  3. Select school(s) the report should include from the Select Schools window.
  4. Select Generate Report or Submit to Batch. Report displays in a new window in CSV format.

Report Field Descriptions

FieldDescription
School NameReports the name of the school.
School NumberReports the NASIS School Number.
Consented to Evaluation NumberCount of students whose locked evaluation (BIE Evaluation Summary Report) has a consent date within the selected school year.
Evaluated within 60 Days NumberCount of students whose evaluations were completed within 60 days of parental consent.
This reflects the count of students from the "Consented to Evaluation Number" column.
Evaluated within 60 Days PercentPercent of students whose completed evaluation date is less than or equal to 60 days.
Calculated field.
Not Evaluated within 60 Days NumberCount of students whose evaluations were not completed within 60 days of parental consent.
This reflects the count of students from the "Consented to Evaluation Number" column.
Not Evaluated within 60 Days PercentPercent of students whose evaluation date is greater than 60 days.
Calculated field.
