Planning Rule and Missing Academic Planning Progress (SIS-180626)
Courses using the Parent/Child Planning rule were not reflected on the student's Academic Planning Progress list of courses. This has been corrected.

Activity Registration
Activity Transfers (SIS-176505) [Enhancement]
Added a Transfer feature to Activity Registration to allow students to transfer between activities, with options for adding or refunding charges. Activity staff can also transfer students to different purchase options within the same activity. Transferred students will be listed in the View Removed button of the original activity to maintain records for reference.

Campus Learning
SameGoal - Special Education Flag (SIS-173487)
Previously, if a student had an existing Special Education flag and was assigned a new flag of the same name that was part of SameGoal configuration, the new flag did not link to SameGoal. This has been corrected.

Signing In to Google Drive (SIS-178428) [Enhancement]
The process for authenticating a Google account has been updated to accommodate recent changes by Google. Integrating Google Drive files functions the same way, but the sign-in process has been simplified. Teachers and students are still prompted to log in to Google Drive when interacting with a file. Additionally, a "Change" button has been added to the teacher's Preferences and the student's Google sign-in screen to allow users to manage which account they're signed into.

Curriculum Import - Additional Question Types (SIS-180262) [Enhancement]
The Curriculum Import tool has been updated to accommodate additional question types.

Campus Student & Parent
Linking Campus Parent and Campus Student Accounts (SIS-179885) [Enhancement]
An option has been added that allows parents and students who have accounts in multiple districts to link their accounts.
To link accounts, a parent or student logs into one of their accounts, opens the User menu, and clicks Manage Districts. They then generate a code, log in to the other account, open Manage Districts again and paste in the code copied from the first account.
When accounts are linked, the user can switch between accounts from the user menu without having to log in each time, and push notifications are sent for all linked accounts.
Note: This option is currently only available in Delaware and North Carolina. Additional states will be rolled out over the coming months.

Contact Information Search Priority (SIS-181484) [Enhancement]
Previously, if a district modified their district-defined help in the Campus Parent or Campus Student app to include their phone number, Google searches prioritized that phone number over the number of Infinite Campus in search results, causing an increase in calls to the district. This can be viewed when looking at the student's schedule in the Day, Week, and Agenda views, available when using the Calendar option to view the student's schedule. That course for the day is highlighted, and when selected to view details in the side panel, additional text displays indicating the course doesn't meet for that day/period.

POS Version Update Fix (SIS-180571)
A recent update broke the automatic update function for the Point of Sale application, but the issue has been fixed. To get the fixed version, every district using the Point of Sale application must manually download and install the new installer file for every user on each Point of Sale terminal. You can find the latest installer file by going to Food Service > Administration > Terminals and clicking ""Install."" Once downloaded, the file can update each terminal and user.

Custom Forms State Edition Publish to Districts Functionality Added (SIS-179988) [Enhancement]
State Edition users can now create an Interactive or Blank Custom Form and publish it for all districts. When districts attach the form to a student, enter data, and lock it, the form automatically syncs back to the state. This applies to all newly created Custom Forms but not existing forms. Payments Reporter Performance Improvements (SIS-178701)
The following updates have been made to the Payments Reporter tool:
- Deposit adjustments are being removed from the Payments Reporter, but they will still be shown on the Deposit Reporter.
- Columns displaying the value of "None" will instead display a blank field.
- The "Payment Method Account Name" column is being added. If a name is entered in a payment method, it will now be displayed in this field instead of in the Payer column. The Payer column will now only show a name if the payer is a logged-in Campus user.
- Removed Excel as an export option. The default export is CSV, and PDF is an additional option.
- Added a description into the Payment Method column for e-checks indicating either Checking or Savings.
- Templates saved with any of the following filtered selections will no longer work and will need to be updated: FundID, Fund Description and Bank Account

Colorado - New Course and Section Fields (SIS-180665)
A new field, called Alternative Instruction Course, has been added to the Course Information editor. This field indicates an alternative instruction approach for this course.
A new field, called Alternative Instruction Course Override, has been added to the Section Information editor. This field acts as an override to the Alternative Instruction Course selection on the Course editor.
Options are the same for both fields and report on the Student School Association file.

Delaware Special Education Summary Tool and IEP Fixes (SIS-181050)
Several small bug fixes were completed for the Delaware Special Education Summary tool, including:

- A banner was added to the Secondary and Elementary Individual Education Plan documents informing the user that only 2 records can be created on the Statewide Assessments editor. The New button grays out after two records have been saved.

- New Fields
- 'Fraction of Year Offered': The fraction of the year the section is offered.
- 'Unit Count Exception School Ed-Fi ID': The Ed-Fi ID of the School the section is offered in for Unit Count purposes.
- Updated Fields
- 'Avg Minutes/Week': Now allows decimal places.
- 'Avg Pass Time Minutes/Week': Now allows decimal places.
Since it is no longer needed, the 'Unit Count Exception School EdFi ID' field was hidden on the School Information tool in the District and State Editions.

Several updates were made to Montana's Early Literacy tool, including:
- The Eligibility Domain field is now required.
- The description of the value, 01001OT: Other (PK, KH, KF, 01, 02, 03) Enter details in Other Methodology Tool, was updated to 01001OT: Other (PK, KH, KF, 01, 02, 03) Enter details in Other Methodology Comments in the Select Methodology Tool field.
- Data can only be entered into the Methodology Comments field when Other is selected as the Methodology Tool. In this instance, the comments field becomes required. Upon saving, a warning message was added when Other is selected, but no comments are entered. A warning also displays when comments are entered, but Other has not yet been selected.

New York Behavior Fields Added (SIS-180706)
Three new fields were added to New York's Behavior Management tool:
- State Response Code (Mapping) was added to the Behavior Response Type Detail screen.

An upcoming annual extract will report these elements in compliance with the New York State Education Department requirements for the 2024-2025 school year.

North Carolina - Race/Ethnicity Auto-Population (SIS-180366) [Enhancement]
TheState Race/Ethnicity field now auto-populates based on selections made in the Race/Ethnicity fields, as follows:
- When "Is the individual Hispanic/Latino" is set to NO and one race is selected, the Race/Ethnicity must be set to the same value as selected in Race.
- When "Is the individual Hispanic/Latino" is set to NO and more than one Race is selected, the Race/Ethnicity must be set to "Two or More Races".
- When "Is the individual Hispanic/Latino" is set to YES and one Race is selected, Race/Ethnicity must be set to "Hispanic or Latino Ethnicity".
A one-time script has been run to update records that may have already input data prior to this change. Any person record that already had race/ethnicity data entered is not affected.

North Carolina - Verified Home Primary Language (SIS-180616)
A new Verified Home Primary Language field has been added to the Demographics tool. This field is used in OLR and EL.
Changes to this information require a formal request to the EL Program Office. Because of this, a separate tool right has been added for Verified Home Primary Language, so only designated users can modify the field.

CTE Credentials (assessments) are now available in Assessment Center in State Edition and are published to District Edition.
- In Assessment Center, a folder named CTE Credentials (CTE) exists, which includes the set of CTE assessments. In State Edition, these assessments can be published to District Edition.
- All Academic Programs have been added to District Editions, with the most up-to-date list of Certification Names (viewable in the Core Attribute/Dictionary > ProgramParticipation > Certification Name).
- All 2021 NC Graduation Requirements have been added to District Edition as part of the Graduation Program Setup.
- The CTE Assessments have been assigned to Courses.

North Carolina - PMR Best 1 of 2 (SIS-179270)
The PMR Best 1 of 2 Report is now available. This report compares ADM calculations submitted in PMR Interval 1 with ADM calculations submitted in PMR Interval 2.
The PMR Best 1 of 2 Report can only be reviewed once the PMR Summary is verified for PMR 2 for the selected calendar, creating both snapshots for PMR 1 and 2.

North Carolina - CTE Extract (SIS-179775)
In the Campus.2427 Release, the first part of the NC CTE Extract was released. Now, the second part of the NC CTE Extract is available with the following updates:
- The list of CTE Extracts to generate has been reduced from nine separate extracts into one extract. Because of this, the Extract Type field has been removed from the Report Editor, along with the option to select the HTC: School Level Pathways/Major Level Courses option.
- Report logic has been updated for the following fields:
- Override
- OCS/ECS Students
- Courses in Progress
- Foundational Prerequisite Courses
- Prerequisite Course
- Concentrator Course
- Pathway Credits Required
- The Grade Level selection now lists State Grade Levels.
- Academic Programs must be marked as State Reported to be included in the CTE Extract.

The following updates have been made to fields available on the student's Graduation tool:
- Options for the Diploma Period have been updated to include Mid-Year, Summer, and Regular.
- On-screen text has been added to the Date First Entered the 9th Grade field, providing guidance on contacting the Office of Accountability and Testing when a change is made to the entered date.
- The Post Grad Location field no longer displays.
- Options for Post Grad Plans have been updated to include 4O: Out-of-State 4-Year and 2O: Out-of-State 2-Year. Other options for this field have been renamed and re-sequenced to sort the options in a particular order.
- Informational text now displays at the top of the Graduation record defining the Mid-Year, Regular, and Summer diploma periods. It also indicates that Post-Grad Plans need to be entered when a Diploma Date is provided.

North Carolina - PMR Updates (SIS-180796)
The following updates have been made to the NC PMR Extract:
- Enrollments marked as No Show or State Exclude are not included in the PMR Summary.
- ADA and AMD calculations now report to the nearest 100th place. Previously, these calculations rounded to the nearest whole number.
- When the report is regenerated, the School Month reports as the school number plus R (1, 1R, 2, 2R, etc.).
- The Days Present field is now Days Present On Site.
- The Days Absent 1H, 1M, 1Q, 1S, 1R field is now Days Absent 1H, 1M, 1Q, 1S.
- The Present On-Site field is now Percent On Site.
- A new Days Present has been added. It reports the sum of the Days Present On Site total plus the Days Absent 1H, 1M, 1Q, 1S field total plus Days Absent 1R.

A State Code Name field has been added to the Course Information editor on the Student Transcript record. This allows both the local course name and the state course name to print on the transcript report.

North Carolina - NC Official Transcript Course Display (SIS-180945)
The NC Official Transcript has been updated to include any course that receives high school credit, regardless of grade level, on the transcript. However, only courses in grades 9-12 are factored into class rank and the cumulative GPA calculation.

North Carolina - Student Status Selection Transcript Visible on Transcript Batch, Portal (SIS-181229) [Enhancement]
A previous release added the Student Status option to the Transcript Report Preferences that displayed when the Report CTE Program option was selected.
Now, the Student Status option displays when generating the Transcript Batch Report and when viewing transcript information on the Campus Student and Campus Parent portals.
Students must be assigned to a CTE Program and listed as a Concentrator.

North Carolina - PMR Extract Updates (SIS-181585)
The following updates have been made to the NC PMR Extract:
- The Generate Now Output Option has been removed; the only option for generating the PMR is to use *Submit to Batch*.
- Validations for finding FATAL errors in the snapshot are queried and run in the background when the Generate and Review buttons are selected on the PMR Summary. The results of the validations display when there are no FATAL errors. When there are FATAL errors, a message displays indicating fatal errors were found and to review the validations again, correct the issue, and generate the PMR again.
- When Review is selected on the PMR Summary and the validations have not completed, a message displays indicating that the validations need to complete before the report can be reviewed.

The Enrollments dictionary was updated to include the 'P: Retained the previous school year due to 3GRG/not retained due to parent/guardian request' code. It is now an option in the Retained Status Code droplist under the State Reporting Fields section of the Enrollment record.

The following Immunization State Exemption Codes were added for Oregon:
- I: Immunity Waivers
- NMO: Non-Medical Online

- PM: Permanent Medical
- TM: Temporary Medical
The student Immunizations tool now has a new checkbox, Parent/Guardian Signature on File. This checkbox indicates that the student's immunization record was signed by their parent/guardian and is tracked for reporting purposes.

The Student Language Instruction Program Association resource was updated to support multiple programs:
- Triggering logic requires a student to have an EL Service mapped to an Ed-Fi Code to report a record.
- Programs report either a Bilingual or an ESL program based on the mapped Ed-Fi Code in the EL Service Type.
- 'programReference' reports based on a student's EL Service.
- POST occurs when a Title 1 record is saved, or a resync on Title 1 is performed.

Users cannot change the Start Date on the Education Plan editor for the WI IEP 2023.1 and IEP ISP 2023.1 plans when amending the plan. This applies to all Service editors.
