State to District Login
Product Path: User Management > Settings > State to District Login; User Management > User Account Administration > State to District Login
New State to District Login functionality has been added for state edition customers. This feature allow state users to enable login from the state edition to DIS-connected district editions via a special user group. State edition users can log in without needing to share logins or maintain separate district edition accounts. Their access to limited to Read-only (where supported by tool rights) and is more trackable than other homegrown solutions.
To enable State to District Login, a user at the state edition toggles the option on and adds district edition URLs to the State to District Login Administration tool and then creates a User Group with the State to District Edition checkbox marked and adds users to that group. Those users can then visit the State to District Login tool, where they can log in directly to district sites using an auto-generated State to District account.
Campus Learning Usage Report

The Campus Learning Usage tool has been updated to include data for Discussions, Section Feeds, Engagement Check-In, and Ask a Question tools. Additional changes have been made to the user interface.
Tool Rights Catalog Updates
The Tool Rights Catalog has been expanded to include tool rights information for Online Registration, Open Enrollment, and Payments, making it easier to identify and manage access across these key areas. In addition, User Group information has been updated to ensure roles and permissions are accurately reflected, helping administrators and support teams quickly find the access details they need.
