Tool Search: Course Master Information
A Course Master defines course elements at the district or state level, so all schools use the same number and naming convention for courses, as well as the same grading setup. Course Catalogs must be created before Course Masters. A Course Catalog is a collection of Course Masters that is then attached to the school. Changes made to the Course Master are also applied to the courses at the schools if fields have been locked.
The State Defined section of the Course Master Information tool contains fields specific to that state. These fields can be used for district-tracking purposes or may directly relate to state reporting. The information below details the state-specific fields for Nevada.
See the core Course Master Information article for additional information, including editing/deleting course masters and pushing course master information to courses.
