The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for April 2026. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four-week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2619 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

Pass-Through SQL Query Errors from State to District (SIS-197956)
When a pass-through query was created and published by the State to District Editions, it would hang in pending status and time out. This issue has been resolved. Pass-through SQL queries pushed down to District Editions are now published as expected, without errors or timeouts.

Batch Queue URL Validation Issue (SIS-198751)
Batch Queue reports were failing to validate a URL parameter. This issue was corrected to ensure compliance with all URL validation requirements.

Flags
Flags Marked as "Statemanaged" in Database Erroring When Assigned To Student (SIS-198247)
State Edition customers reported that assigning students flags marked as "Statemanaged=YES" in the database returned the error "the credit group for this state program must be properly mapped prior to assigning to students". This error was occurring at both the State and District level. This has been resolved.

North Carolina - LCS Reporting School Updates (SIS-198291)
Logic for qualifying reporting schools has been updated to accommodate Charter Schools:
- A school WILL report based on the following State School Number (dbo.School.number) logic:
- If the last three characters of the State School Number do NOT equal 001-299, 810, and 996-999.
- If the last three characters of the State School Number EQUAL 000, then its third character MUST include a letter (A - Z).

Scheduling
Course Planner - Alternate Requests and Sections Needed (SIS-197957)
In the Campus.2611 Release, the option to include alternate course requests was added to the Scheduling Board. This incorrectly affected the Course Planner, which included the number of alternate requests for a course in its calculation of sections needed.
This has been corrected. The Course Planner no longer includes alternate requests in determining how many sections are needed for a course, and in the Scheduling Board, loading a section does not include alternate requests unless the Load Section Alternates option is selected.

Missouri Attendance Audit Report Update (SIS-197060)
The report requirements for the Summary and Student Summary report types of the Attendance Audit Report were updated for Missouri. The previous report requirements are still available for data validation purposes with the addition of the Summary - Old and Student Summary - Old report types.

North Carolina - Updates to PMR FATAL 23 (SIS-196460)
PMR FATAL 23 determines whether a student has a membership status of MED1 or MST1, and whether the student is scheduled for less than 50% of the Student Day Minutes.
To meet those requirements, the following updates have been made to the logic for FATAL 23:
- Calendars marked as Excluded are now included in the validation.
- Summer calendars are excluded from the validation.
- Only those enrollments with an admission status of MED1 or MST1 are included in the validation.

North Carolina - FATAL 29 Logic Updates (SIS-196101)
Logic for reporting FATAL 29 has been updated to correctly report instructional minutes entered for day events with a standard code of 'AD'. The following changes were also made:
- FATAL 29 only looks at Primary Enrollments.
- FATAL 29 only looks at enrollments with admission statuses equal to MST1 and MED1.
- Calendars marked as exclude are included in FATAL 29.
- Summer School calendars are excluded from from FATAL 29.

Tests that were created using the CAASPP Import tool could not be modified in the Assessment Center due to the RootID no longer populating correctly during the import process. This has been corrected.

Maryland-SCGT-Drop Days Logic Corrected (SIS-196644)
The reporting population logic for the Drop Days field on the SCGT extract editor has been updated to report as expected:
- Exclude Sections with no students rostered after the number of Drop Days after the Section Start Date
- Days must be marked as instructional

Pennsylvania Behavior Reporting Update (SIS-171239)
A new Behavior Incident Place Code was added for Pennsylvania: Reported by Other LEA. When this code is used for a behavior incident, that incident is excluded from the following PIMS extracts:

- PIMS Incident Offender Infraction
- PIMS Incident Offender Infraction Weapon
- PIMS Incident Offender Parent Involvement

When Reported by Other LEA is selected, the incident still reports on the Special Education Table 9A extract.
