The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for November and December 2023. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2351 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

Tennessee - EIS 044 - Remove Medicaid from J Classification and Update MF/MR (SIS-174884)
Medicaid has been removed from the J-Direct Certified Economically Disadvantaged category as an applicable Certified Type. Logic has been updated so that students can be coded as J, MR (Medicaid Reduced) or MF (Medicaid Free) but cannot be coded as both J and MR or J and MF.

Student SPED Record (GE) and SameGoal functionality has been updated.

Georgia Behavior Error Message and Validation Update (SIS-174689)
The current error message:
"When the resolution has a code of 40, 50, 61, 62, or 90, the Auxiliary Code must be entered."
Has been updated to display in two separate messages with validations:
Error 1: "When the resolution has a State Resolution Code of 40, 50, or 90 the Auxiliary Code must be entered."
Validation: If State Resolution Code is 40, 50, or 90, then Auxiliary Code must have a value.
Error 2: "When the resolution has a State Resolution Code of 61, 62, or 63 the Alternate School ID must be entered."
Validation: If State Resolution Code is 61, 62, or 63 then Alternate School ID must have a value.

Kansas - KCAN Extract - KCC Identifier Reporting Incorrect Grade Level (SIS-174501)
Field 19, KCC Identifier, was incorrectly reporting the grade level of enrollment rather than the Course Grade Level. This has been corrected.

Score Fields Display Update (SIS-174384)
With the release of Campus.2343, the following score fields under Test Detail in the Assessment Center were set to display by default. Some users reported instances of the fields defaulting to hidden:
- Comment
- Question Count
- Result Level
This issue has been corrected and the fields display for all users as expected.
Please note multiple score field options are available. They can be added or modified (designate as required, hide, change sequence, etc.) in the Attribute Dictionary.

Logic for the 'endDate' data element in the Student Special Education Program Associations resource has been updated.
- endDate: If there is a locked IEP, reports the "Date of Service Term/Transition" from the most recent locked IEP. Does not report if there is no "Date of Service Term/Transition" entered.
A resync of the Student Special Education Program Associations resource is required as part of this update.

Montana Data Upload Fixes (SIS-174355)
Two small fixes have been implemented for the Montana Data Upload files. On the Course Upload, the Available Carnegie Unit Credit field now allows for a tab to report. For the Staff History Upload, the Role field now errors when the staff person has a Role that is not one of the valid dictionary options. This allows users to correct the error before the upload is complete.

Nevada Individual Education Plan Print Fix (SIS-173857)
