BIE Calendar Information
The Calendar tool stores basic information about the calendar, including many fields which impact how the calendar is included within reports and accountability calculations. Fields that are specific to the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) are defined below. Please see the Calendar Information article for all other inquiries.
BIE Calendar Information Editor

| BIE Type | The type of educational environment as defined by the Bureau of Indian Education.

Grade Levels
The Grade Levels Setup tool lists the grades that attend the selected school. Only students in the listed grades can be enrolled into that calendar. Fields that are specific to the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) are defined below. Please see the Grade Levels article for all other inquiries.
Grade Level Detail Editor
| Field Name | Description |
| BIE Grade Level Code | The current grade level of the student. It must be properly mapped to the corresponding state grade level code. |
| Exclude from BIE | Allows users to define which grade levels to exclude from BIE State Reporting instead of using the geographic state exclude checkbox. DIS logic considers the Exclude from BIE checkbox instead of the Exclude from State Reporting checkbox when determining which enrollment records to sync from the District Edition to the State Edition of Infinite Campus. |
ISEP Mgmt
Data entered on the ISEP MGMT screen is used in ISEP Residential Certification, ISEP Instructional Certification, ISEP Allotment, and ISEP 3 Year Allotment reports. ISEP data is editable in the NASIS State Edition, but is read-only in the District Edition. The Publish BIEISEP Mgmt button allows NASIS State Edition users to publish to District Editions. A warning message displays advising any existing data will be overwritten when this option is used.
