Academic Planning
Test Requirements for Academic Planning (SIS-179456)
Previously, the Test Requirement for an Academic Plan was selecting the highest raw score instead of the highest scale score, which was the selected option. This has been corrected.
The following logic applies:
- When only one score qualifies as passing the requirement, that score prints as the Result on progress screens and reports.
- Otherwise, the highest score determined by Raw Score and Scale Score is displayed.
- Unless a Minimum Scale Score is provided and a Minimum Raw Score is not, the highest score by Scale Score and Raw Score is used.

Academic Planner - Child/Parent Course Rule (SIS-179943)

Filters, Folders, and Groups Not Loading (SIS-160187)
There was an issue with Ad hoc Filters, Folders, and Groups sporadically failing to load or only loading a subset of the expected results on various pages with Ad hoc functionality. This issue has been resolved.

Search Functionality Not Working in the New Look (SIS-179616)
The 'Search' option in the Ad hoc Filter Designer did not generate results when a user selected a saved filter in the New Look of Campus user interface. This issue has been resolved, and the search functionality generates results as expected for all filter types.

New School Creation for North Carolina and Delaware (SIS-180035)
Schools can no longer be created at the district level. The list of schools is managed at the state level.

Campus Analytics Suite
Attendance Detail Duplicating (SIS-168455)
When a student has more than one enrollment in the selected calendar, the Attendance Detail Side Panel in the Early Warning Student view would incorrectly duplicate student attendance counts, causing the values to inflate. This issue has been corrected. The Attendance Detail side panel now displays an accurate count of attendance periods for students regardless of how many enrollments they have in the selected calendar.

GRAD Score Date Matches Sync Date (SIS-179944) [Enhancement]
The GRAD Score date now reflects the DIS sync date in the State Edition of the Early Warning tool using the label "Last Synced: ##/##/##". This change will not affect the District Edition.
A prediction notification was added in the Campus.2423 release to warn users about data depth during the first year and its impact on the validity of a GRAD score. The code was revised as part of this update, and the notification is no longer displayed in the State Edition.

Early Warning User Interface Updates (SIS-180084) [Enhancement]
The Early Warning user interface was updated to enhance user experience:
- Converted the lollipop dividers to line dividers in the main visualization graph.
- Added a "Calendar End Year" label to the x-axis of the student GRAD Score History graph that displays when 'Annually' is selected in the range droplist.
- Updated the CSV file format to export and populate school names in the header row.

Early Warning Modeling Prediction Annual Updates (SIS-180726) [Enhancement]
The predictive model for the Early Warning tool is retrained and re-evaluated based on the inclusion of an additional year of data. Modeling for the 2023 End Year has been completed, and the predictive model has been fully validated and released. The following features have been removed from the model and are no longer considered in the calculation of Student GRAD scores:
- Student Race/Ethnicity
- Student Gender
- Student Birth Country
Note: This is a centrally hosted service. Updating to the newest Campus version release is not required for Districts to benefit from the new prediction calculations.

Campus Digital Repository
Campus Digital Repository Off-Premise Hosting Now Available (SIS-179305) [Enhancement]
Customers who have already enabled and are using Campus Digital Repository services now have the option to change their hosting from on-premise to off-premise.
Off-premise hosting provides numerous benefits, including:
- File replication across multiple geographically distant availability zones.
- 99.99999999999% durability.
- 99.99% availability.
Switching to off-premise hosting does not change or modify the user experience within Campus, and your existing files are seamlessly migrated without any work or intervention required.
If you do not see an option to switch hosting models within the Digital Repository Preferences tool, your district already uses off-premise CDR hosting.
NOTE: Off-premise hosting is not available for BIE customers.

Teaching Center - Unscored Assignments (SIS-177708)
Previously, if a student's assignment did not have a score but was flagged as Incomplete, the assignment was included in the 'Unscored Assignments' count displayed in the Teaching Center. Logic has been updated so that assignments without a score that are flagged as Incomplete are not counted.

Previously, when accessing the Roster via Classroom, the roster Print Options defaulted to the first section in the dropdown list, even if that wasn't the section selected in Classroom. This has been corrected.

Cross-Site Enrollment- Batch Fill Course Masters Setting (SIS-174544) [Enhancement]
A new Cross-Site Course Master Batch Enable tool has been added to the Grading & Standards Cross-Site Mapping options. This new tool allows users to enable Cross-Site Enrollment functionality for all selected Course Masters at once instead of editing each Course Master separately. Users can filter the list of Course Masters by the Course Catalog and/or Course Master Number or Name.

Cross-Site Grade Mapping - Interdistrict (SIS-176493) [Enhancement]
The Cross-Site grade mapping tools made available to facilitate Home Schools receiving grades from Serving Schools have been updated to accommodate Interdistrict courses. These tools include mapping Score Groups, Rubrics, Grading Tasks, and Standards.
These tools map data automatically whenever possible. For example, if the Home and Serving schools use the same Score Groups for grading or follow a similar quarter-based schedule, grade mapping information auto-populates. Where grading setup differs, follow this 3-step process to map grades:
- Map score options between Score Groups and/or Rubrics to indicate the corresponding grade at the Home School based on the grade received at the Serving School.
- Establish default Score Groups so that if a specific Score Group is used at the Serving School, a default Score Group will be used at the Home School.
- Review the Course Grading Tasks and Course Standards tabs at the Home School to establish any additional grade mapping that wasn't covered by the two previous steps. For Cross-Site courses at the Home School, these two tools list the alignments at the Serving School and what the corresponding alignments are at the Home School.

Cross-Site Enrollment Updates (SIS-178239) [Enhancement]
The following updates have been made to Cross-Site Enrollment functionality:
Course Master
A warning message now displays on Push to Courses when attempting to turn off Cross-Site Enrollment on a Course Master when courses have sections with students scheduled into it.
Cross-Site Setup
When remapping a section at the Home School (for interdistrict CSE), the section version was removed when the schedule placement was changed.
Walk-In Scheduler
- When a user attempted to override a course section for students in cross-site courses who had constraints with other students in the course, but the user didn't have tool rights to Can Overload Sections or Can Override Strict Student Constraints, the alert text did not display for the cross-site course. It does now.
- The Lock/Unlock buttons on the student's schedule were previously hidden from the Serving School side, but users could still perform these actions by clicking on the icons in the course grid. This action has been removed. Serving School users cannot lock or unlock a Cross-Site student's schedule.
- The Walk-In Scheduler Modified By Date and Time for Cross-Site rosters has been modified to the following: * At the Initiating School, the name of the person who made the update. * At the Receiving School, the words ""Cross-Site Action"" display. The time shows when the roster was added or the change was processed.
- When dropping a course in the last term at an intradistrict Cross-Site school, the course drop date was displayed on all terms instead of just the last term. This has been corrected.
The following functionality has been added to Cross-Site Enrollment tools and processes:
Cross-Site Setup
- For Interdistrict Cross-Site, when a Serving School modifies a course section and re-offers it, the section at the home school will now display with an Invalid Mapping label. The process for correcting this is the same process used for intradistrict.
- Changes made to the Cross-Site Instructional Settings field now makes any sections mapped to external schools invalid for all CSE participation options. Fields are not editable when Cross-Site is enabled for the section.
Walk-In Scheduling
The text that displays when a Cross-Site enrollment is being created has been updated to note that a new enrollment at the serving school is being created when the student does not already have an enrollment there.

Cross-Site Enrollment - Household Data Transferring from Home School to Serving School (SIS-178868)
Previously, when Cross-Site Students or guardians did not have a contact record, household data was not shared from the home school to the serving school. This has been corrected.

Cross-Site Enrollment - Grades Tool and Campus Student & Parent (SIS-179207) [Enhancement]
The Grades tool has been updated to accommodate Cross-Site grades received from other districts. For both Intradistrict and Interdistrict courses, the mapped In-Progress and Posted grades display for the Home School enrollment. In-Progress and Posted grades display for the Serving School enrollment for Instradistrict courses. Grades do not display for the Serving school for Interdistrict courses.
Campus Student and Campus Parent have also been updated to accommodate Interdistrict courses. Data such as Teacher Name, Room Number, Period Time, display options and preferences, and calendar Days are displayed for Interdistrict courses.

Imported Immunization Doses Flag Added (SIS-179915)
Immunization doses that have been imported are now noted in the VaccineShot database table and can be queried in Ad hoc. Imported doses report as 1.
For Wisconsin users, immunizations imported using the Ed-Fi Import have a districtID of 0 (zero). When the district ID is 0 or the doses are imported, these doses report as 1 in Ad hoc.

Requests and Rosters Updates (SIS-175940) [Enhancement]
Several updates have been made to the Requests and Rosters tool, first released in the Campus.2411 (March 2024) Release Pack:
On the Roster Builder and Batch Edit Screens:
- The Request Type dropdown field displays on the row after a course is selected for Batch Edit Student Requests and Batch Edit Course Requests.
- The Section Teacher dropdown , the Start Date and End Date fields displays on the row after a course is selected for Batch Edit Student Rosters.
- The Start Date, End Date, Repeat, and no Credit fields display on the row when a student is selected for Roster Builder.
The Start Date and End Date fields have been added to the Roster Builder section of the side panel. This allows the entry of a student's start date that differs from the term start date or term end date for that section. Or, enter the desired dates in the header and apply that same date to all selected students, along with Repeat and No Credit. Individual assignment of dates and Repeat/No Credit can still be done.
On the Student View Filter, the Inactive Students checkbox has been changed to Include Inactive Students, and the Special Education checkbox has been changed to Special Education Only.
In Batch Edit Student Rosters in the Student View, a Fill All and Fill Empty option has been added to apply the entered Start Date and End Date to all selected rosters.
In Batch Edit Student Requests in the Student view, a Fill All and Fill Empty option has been added to apply the selected Request Type (R, E, or A) to all selected courses.
In the Student View and Course View, the teacher's name can now be selected in the Section Roster field.
When using Requests & Rosters to update student schedules, the Modified By field on the Walk-In Scheduler was not updating. This has been corrected.
The Section and Teacher columns have been combined into one column on the Batch Edit Student Roster panel.
When one teacher is used as a filter condition and that teacher only has one section of a course assigned to them, that teacher's name displays in the Section: Teacher column and cannot be modified.
Students enrolled in a Cross-Site Enrollment course at the Serving School are now counted in the roster when looking at the course in Requests & Rosters.
The Calendar field on the Student View Side Panel now allows the selection of calendars from other schools, not just the current school. This allows filtering based on other school calendars - e.g., selecting a section roster from a middle school from the last school year to add to the high school roster for this school year.
A user with Read rights to Requests & Rosters could edit and save changes. This has been corrected.
When the roster update fails using Batch Edit Section Rosters and Batch Edit Course Rosters to add students to sections, the request for those students remained as an unsatisfied request. Now, these requests are removed.
When building a roster, It is easier to see which students are being removed and added to a section. First, all existing students in that section have a blue checkmark next to their name. When a new student is added, a green plus displays by their name and they are moved to the top of the list alphabetically after the existing students. When an existing student is removed from the roster, the blue check changes to a red x, but the student's name remains in the same place. Once Save is selected, all students in the roster are resorted into alphabetical order and display with blue checks; any student who was removed (red x) is no longer listed.

Delaware Special Education Summary Tool Updates (SIS-179268)
Several updates were made to the Delaware Special Education Summary tool, including:
- Several small bugs with the tool were fixed.
- The Start Date now defaults to the most recent, locked IEP Initiation Date but can be modified as needed.
- Users no longer need to Save before entering a record into the Funding Needs and Consent to Evaluate sections.
- A Save and Stay option was added to the Save button so users can save a record without automatically navigating back to the list view.
- Users can now print the Special Education Summary screen.
- Data now pulls in properly when there are multiple Least Restrictive Environment records.

- A First Instructional Date field has been added. It reports the month, day, and year when the student first received instructional services during the current school year. This field reports for the ENRL, TEST, EOYA, MILT, EXIT, ASGT, and SPED extracts.
- The School Year field reports the last four digits of the school year. For example, when the school year reporting is 2024-25, the School Year field reports a value of 2025. This field reports for ALL extracts.
- Field name K-12 Kansas At-Risk Program Participation is now Kansas At-Risk Program Participation. This field reports for the ENRL, TEST, EOYA, MILT, and EXIT extracts.
- Virtual Education Student and Neglected/Delinquent Student fields are now included on the TEST extract.

In a previous release, updates were made for how NC DPI Student IDs are assigned. The following lists additional updates to this process:
- The Student Number Format has been set to State ID used for the Student Number option.
- Existing local student numbers have been updated to be the same as the state ID.
- When a new student is registered or assigned a UID to the Student State ID, that UID is also assigned as the Local Student Number.
- Local Student Numbers cannot be modified once they are assigned.
- North Carolina districts do not have the ability to generate a new student number from the student's Demographics record.

North Carolina - Transcript Print for Course Display Option (SIS-180087) [Enhancement]
TheNorth Carolina Official Transcript requires the Course Display option to be set to State Code and Course Name. Since Course Names are set by NCDPI at the State Edition level and pushed to states at the District Edition level, a district could have a local name for that course, but the State Code and Name remain.
This means that on the Transcript with this State Code and Course Name setting, the printed Transcript report displays the State Code, State Code Name, and Local Course Name when the Local Course Name differs from the State Code Name.

North Carolina Migrant Services State Edition Association (SIS-180305)
Associating a Migrant Program record created in State Edition and pushed to District Edition was not allowing a Migrant Services record created in District Edition to be saved with the Associated Migrant Record dates. This has been corrected.

North Carolina - eTranscript Total Quality Points (SIS-180474) [Enhancement]
Previously, the Weighted GPA Value was used to calculate the Total Quality Points in both the Weighted Academic Summary and the NonWeighted GPA Academic Summary nodes. Now, the NonWeighted GPA Academic Summary node uses the Unweighted GPA Value to report Total Quality Points.

Ohio Building General Information Detail (DN) Update (SIS-179191)
The description for the 'PHYSEDNE03' field under the Physical Education Evaluation Group on the Building General Information Detail (DN) tool was updated to read: ‘Count of students not evaluated in the 03-05 grade band.’

Ohio-Student SPED Record (GE) Updated (SIS-179833)
The 'Fiscal Year' data element on the Student SPED Record (GE) extract was updated to count the number of enrollments with the State Grade level 'PS' for returned stateIDs. The Fiscal Year for that student is set to the end year of the enrollment if the count equals 1.

Ohio-Error When Selecting Multiple Calendars for Organization General Information (DN) (SIS-180077)
If multiple calendars were selected, an error occurred while generating the Organization General Information (DN) extract or when submitting the extract to batch. This issue has been corrected.

Ohio-Fiscal Year Pulling Incorrectly for Student SPED Record (GE) (SIS-180491)
After changes in the Campus.2415 release, pulling from SameGoal caused students with a single PS record year in the past to report fiscal years from the preschool enrollment. Logic for the 'Fiscal Year' data field on the Student SPED Record (GE) was updated to correct this issue. When receiving records from SameGoal, the 'statusDate' returned is compared to the latest District Entry Date from enrollments.
- Enrollments marked state exclude, no show, or future enrollments are not included.
- If the 'statusDate' is before the District Entry Date, the fiscal year is set to the end year of the enrollment with that District Entry Date.
The processing time was also improved as part of this update.

Oklahoma-Enrollment End Action Codes Added (SIS-178472)
The following codes were inactivated in the End Action attribute dictionary:
- D: Demote
- P: Promote
- R: Retain
22 new promotion, demotion, and retention status codes and reasons were added to the dictionary and display as options in the End Action droplist field on the Enrollments tool.
The attribute description was updated to read, 'Information on a student’s promotion, retention, or demotion related to this enrollment instance. Options are variations of Promotion during the school year, Demotion during the school year, Promotion at the end of the school year, and Retention at the end of the school year.'

Behavior codes were updated in the Attribute/Dictionary, impacting the following fields/droplists:

Updates to the WDE684 SPED file and SIF StudentSchoolEnrollment/EntryType/OtherCode have been made to indicate that a student was an out of state transfer for the current and all future enrollments in the year once the student is assigned a Start Status mapped to "O" (Out of State Transfer) during the year.
