The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for October and November 2023. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2347 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

Montana Data Upload Fixes (SIS-174355)
Two small fixes have been implemented for the Montana Data Upload files. On the Course Upload, the Available Carnegie Unit Credit field now allows for a tab to report. For the Staff History Upload, the Role field now errors when the staff person has a Role that is not one of the valid dictionary options. This allows users to correct the error before the upload is complete.

Logic for the 'additionalEdOrgResponsibilities' element in the Student Education Organization Responsibility Associations resource was not reporting the correct 'EdOrgID'. The logic has been updated to correct this issue:
- 'Legal Settlement': Reports under the 'EdOrgID' of the Corporation of Legal Settlement selected.
- 'Accountability': Reports under the 'EdOrgID' of the Accountable School selected. 'EdOrgID' reports as: 10 + Resident District selected (use District # associated to enrollment if NULL) + Accountable School selected.
A resync of the Student Education Organization Responsibility Associations resource is required as part of this update.

A new 'State Qualified as Free' checkbox has been added to the FRAM Eligibility Detail editor. Marking the checkbox indicates the student is not eligible at the Federal level but qualifies as free at the state level.

The logic for the 'Free and Reduced Rate Lunch Status' data element on the SMART SID Management extract has been updated to consider the new ‘State Qualified as Free' checkbox on the FRAM Eligibility Detail (see SIS-172729).
- 'Free and Reduced Rate Lunch Status' reports 'S' when the 'State Qualified as Free' checkbox on the FRAM Eligibility Detail editor is marked.
- Otherwise, 'Free and Reduced Rate Lunch Status' reports the code under the eligibility.

The Consolidated SSID Extract now includes an option to generate the report for returning students who have an SSID and for those students who are new to Oregon schools.

- For new students, select the *Web Submission (New Students - SSID Request) File Type.

Texas-Student Enrollment Interchange Update (SIS-173643)
The 'TexasFirstEarlyHSCompletionProgram' element on the Student Enrollment Interchange reported as blank and caused errors. This issue has been corrected.
TexasFirstEarlyHSCompletionProgram:
- Reports for Submission 1 when the value for 'leaver' is 1 and the Graduation Date is not blank. Nothing reports if 'TexasFirstEarlyHSCompletionProgram' is blank.
- Does not report for Submission 3.
