Special Ed Caseload Tool Rights

The Caseload provides two ways users can view the students in their caseloads. Students appear in a user's caseload based on the user's Team Memberships of Case Manager or Service Provider.

Available Tool Rights

  • Access and view the Special Ed Caseload tool. 
  • Select students from the caseload to view details of their plan (IEP, PLP, etc.).
  • Export the list of students into a PDF or Excel spreadsheet.
