The State Seal Information section on the Graduation tool and Academic and Graduation Programs tool allows you to add State Seal of Bilingualism - Biliteracy records to a student's record.

| Award Code | Identifies the State Seal awarded to the student upon graduation: 01 - NM Seal of Bilingualism/Biliteracy. |
| Date Awarded | The date the student was awarded the State Seal. |
| Award Type | Identifies the type of State Seal awarded to the student upon graduation. Options include the following:

| Language | Identifies the language in which the State Seal was earned. |
| Language Dialect | The Chinese dialect associated with the selected Chinese language. Note: This field is only editable when the Language field is set to a Chinese language. |
