Section Information
This video provides a walkthrough of the primary options available to set on an individual course section. Some options may vary by state, and some districts may add custom options other than what is described here.
Section Attendance
The Section Attendance tools give districts an alternative attendance-taking option for staff other than the ones used by teachers or attendance clerks.
Section Grading By Student
Section Grading By Student gives districts an alternate way to enter or update grades for students. Examples of this may be schools that wish to post grades but do not use Campus Instruction, or when a student's grade needs to be updated after the Grading Window has closed.
Section Grading By Task
Section Grading By Task gives districts an alternative way to enter scores and percents for students in the selected Course Section.
Section Staff History
Each course section has a SECTION STAFF HISTORY page that is used to track teachers and other staff assigned to the selected course section. This data can then be extracted for reporting purposes.
Section Guest Grade Book
Guest Access to a section's Grade Book allows administrators and others to assist teachers, review assignments, enter scores, and troubleshoot Grade Book issues. In this video, you will learn how to use the Section Guest Grade Book tool.
