An issue was discovered in which the Batch Program Assignment Wizard was updating records even when the process was cancelled. This has been corrected.

Activity Registration transfer (SIS-197672)
Resolved an issue where students were unable to transfer to an activity if the student already had an in-progress registration for that activity. Activities with in-progress registrations can now be selected for transfers, with guidance provided if the registration must be removed first.

Activity Roster displaying declined documents (SIS-200013)
Resolved an intermittent issue where a previously declined document could occasionally remain visible after a new approved document was uploaded for an activity.

The Assessment Center has been updated to properly read legacy mappings. This resolves an issue where the tool was unable to read old mappings following the Campus.2623 release.

Specific year override logic updated (SIS-201542)
Updated Assessment Center logic to save state edition scores only for years in which the student has an active enrollment record. When a specific-year override is applied, the system now excludes test scores from years with no corresponding student enrollment. This update applies to both manual score updates and Prism resyncs.

Converted Seating Charts (SIS-202180)
Previously, a conversion issue caused some teachers' seating charts to display in a compacted format, with desks overlapping. This issue occurred when a district moved from a Campus release prior to Campus.2619 to one after Campus.2623. With this fix, pre-existing charts are no longer compacted when a district takes a release after Campus.2623.

Census - Photo Import (SIS-195468)
An issue occurring when trying to import a mixed-mode zipped file containing a photo for a student with a hyphenated or double last name has been resolved.

LTI 1.3 - lineItem URLs (SIS-201512)
Previously, section-based LTI 1.3 deep linking launches did not include the lineItem URL if an assignment did not have a title. This issue has been corrected so that lineItem URLs are included correctly.

LTI 1.3 - Assignment score flag logic (SIS-201941)
The LTI 1.3 implementation has been updated to handle Missing flags on assignments in the same way that LTI 1.1 does. If a score is received for an assignment flagged as Missing, the Missing flag is removed and the assignment is flagged as Late instead.

Course or Section Setup
State Report Exclude option for Courses, Course Masters, Sections (SIS-165306) [Enhancement]
Previously, only certain states could mark a course as State Report Exclude on the Course Information tool. Courses marked with this checkbox were excluded from applicable state reports. This functionality remains unchanged for those states.
With this update, all states can now use the State Report Exclude option. In addition to courses, districts can also mark course masters and sections as State Report Exclude.
To support state reporting requirements, the State Report Exclude checkbox is hidden by default when a district receives this update. Districts that wish to use the functionality must submit a Support case to request that the checkbox be enabled.
After receiving a request, Infinite Campus will review the state's applicable reports and update them as needed to recognize the State Report Exclude setting before making the checkbox available.

Course Master - Lock checkbox (SIS-198225)

North Carolina – State ID assignment with pending status (SIS-193820)
An issue where students with a state ID in a pending status could not complete enrollment through the Student Locator Wizard has been resolved. This was also preventing other students from being assigned a state ID or enrolled.
Enrollments can now be completed even when a student's state ID remains in a pending status, though a UID will not be assigned at that time. Users can subsequently navigate to the student's Demographics record and select Assign NC Student ID to retry the assignment. Students may temporarily remain in a pending state ID status, but the issue can now be resolved directly in the user interface without back-end intervention.

- Pull-out/Push-in Teacher Assignment is defined as a course being taught by a staff member (employee) who holds a position at a school or district with a teaching assignment that requires certification or other state alternative and whose duties require instructing students by “pulling” students out of the classroom, and/or “pushing in” to the classroom to provide focused instruction.

- Append “ Apt” (text) + Apt (field) to the end if the Apt field has a value.
- Make sure that a space is present between the original value and the "Apt #".

Kentucky – Transportation 2.0 conversion follow-up (SIS-200880) [Enhancement]
An update was made to the Kentucky Transportation 2.0 conversion script to address several issues. The conversion script now does the following when Transportation 2.0 is turned on:
- A new Transportation 2.0 record will be created for every Transportation record as long as it was active on or after the active year. Records are not converted for students with Enrollment records beyond the active year.
- Records will be converted for any student with an Enrollment record in the last five years.
- The conversion script retains the start and end dates from the original record in Transportation 2.0, but both Calendar and Enrollment dates are used in scenarios involving splits or gaps.
- When the calendar start date is used for the student's new Transportation 2.0 record start date, the calendar end date is also used for the Transportation 2.0 end date. Otherwise, the student's Transportation 2.0 dates should match their Enrollment Start and End Dates. When a Transportation 2.0 record was created for a future Enrollment, an End Date will not be entered.
- When a student has two Enrollment records but one Transportation record in the same calendar, a new Transportation 2.0 record will be created for each Enrollment with the same code.
- When a student has one Enrollment record but two Transportation records in the same calendar, two Transportation 2.0 records will be created, tied to the same Enrollment with distinct codes. The Transportation Start and End Dates will be used to determine the new records' dates in this instance.
- A default (NT) state reporting record will be created for any student with an Enrollment but no historic transportation record to convert.
- When there is a date gap between Transportation records but no gap in the Enrollment record for the same calendar, a default (NT) record will be created to fill the date gap.

Regulated changes have been made to address issues with Massachusetts SIF end-of-year data reporting:
- The override field is no longer sent in addition to the section placement terms, which was causing duplicate term errors at the state. Now, either the override or the section placement terms will be sent, not both.
- The code for StaffAssignment has been updated to prevent the improper deletion of section records where all students have left the section before the state reporting date. The reporting date is now correctly set to the fall state reporting date of 10/1.

Pennsylvania – Special Education Student Template updates (SIS-201902)
The unused code for several columns no longer used in Pennsylvania Special Education reporting was removed to improve system maintainability. This includes removing unused joins to tables and columns that did not contribute to the final report output.

Rhode Island
Rhode Island – Enrollment Census Core Extract logic update for SCHCODE_OUT column (SIS-200027)
The Enrollment Census Core extract has been updated to correctly report Enrollment Statuses of H: Home Schooled. Previously, the SCHCODE_OUT code was reported from the Out Placement School field on the enrollment. This has been updated to report from the Out of District School field instead.

South Dakota
South Dakota Special Education Summary updates (SIS-196307)
Several updates were made to the South Dakota Special Education Summary tool, including:
- The Special Ed Program, Special Ed Category, and Primary Disability fields are now required on the State Reporting and Data Entry section.
- The "... Hours" fields on the Service Information fields section were updated to "... Hours/Week: and now have a maximum character limit of 40.
- The Exit Code field is now required when an End Date is entered.
- All fields can no longer be modified in the Attribute/Dictionary to change the name or required state of any field.

Tennessee immunization rules updates (SIS-190898)
The DTaP and Polio vaccine compliance rules were updated to account for preschool students who are older than 4 years old and can be compliant without receiving a dose after they turn 4. See the Tennessee Immunization Rules article for additional information.

Several updates were made to the Texas Special Ed Data Plan. This includes a new print format, TX SRSPD26.1; a new editor, Video Camera Requests; and a new field in the Education Plan editor, ECI Referral Reinitiated Indicator. Several fields from the Data Plan were also added to Ad hoc.

Texas – Ed-Fi-Discipline Actions update (SIS-198257)
The logic for the ‘responsibilityschoolReference’ and ‘assignmentschoolReference’ elements in the Discipline Actions resource has been updated to first report the Ed-Fi School ID. If the Ed-Fi School ID is NULL, report the State District Number + School Number.

Texas – Ed-Fi-Object triggering update for Parents / Student Parent Associations (SIS-198921)
Updated the object triggering to include only high school special education students with a locked IEP active in the scope year. This change ensures that the system sends only the parent information required by the SPPI-14 regulation.

Texas – Ed-Fi-Data tool displays duplicate attendance records (SIS-200185)
The Ed-Fi Data tool displayed duplicate attendance-related records when a student left and then returned to the same district within the same reporting period, resulting in an incorrect number of records for sync. The tool now correctly calculates and displays the number of attendance-related records that will be synced to the ODS.

The following data elements have both name and logic changes:
- CTE Code (field 39) is now CTE Finisher Code. The options available for reporting in this data element were updated to remove seven inactive codes (CTE Program tool and Academic Planning tool).
- PK Funding Code (field 108) is now PK Funding Course Code. The options for reporting in this data element were also updated.
The options available in the Truancy Type dropdown on the Truancy tool were updated to Attendance Plan Code, Attendance Team Conference Code, and Attendance Officer Referral Code. The Attendance Conference Code, Attendance Plan Code, and Court Referral/Complaint/Proceedings Code fields were renamed to Attendance Plan Code, Attendance Team Conference Code, and Attendance Officer Referral Code.
Additional updates to the SRC include:
- Filler field 140 is now Attendance Plan Code and reports the code selected from the Attendance Plan Code on the Truancy tool.
- Filler field 141 is now Attendance Team Conference Code and reports the code selected from the Attendance Team Conference Code on the Truancy tool.
