The current version of SIF is v2.7.

Represents the unique set of questions or stimuli given to a set of test takers. A physical correlate of the assessment form is the test booklet given to students during an assessment. However, this object does not contain the questions, it only contains elements that describe the form for use in scoring the questions.

SIF_Events are NOT reported for this object.

Requirement
Report 1 object per parent assessment.
The SIF Agent and Zone must have access rights assigned to AssessmentForm.

Reports each GradeLevel assigned to the assessment from across both parent and all descendants (including children of children of children, and so on) assigned to the parent assessment when the "Test Grade Level" is not Null.

Note: 

  • When the Parent has the same grade level as a Child the grade level will report once 
    • i.e if the parent has a grade level of fifth grade and a child has a grade level of fifth grade you will only see one grade level for fifth grade reported
  • When a Child has the same grade level as another Child the grade level will report once
    • i.e if the child has a grade level of sixth grade and another child has a grade level of sixth grade you will only see one grade level for sixth grade reported

Report the mapped NCES Grade code associated with the selected testScore.testingGrade value (Assessment>Test Setup>Tests>Test Detail>Test Grade Level) when the NCES Grade code is a one of the following SIF-valid codes: "01","02","03","04","05","06","07","08","09","10","11","12","KG","PK","PG","UN".
  1. When NOT one of the value SIF codes above, or when Null, report "Other".

Note: K1: Junior Kindergarten translates to KG so the GradeLevel Code will be set to KG when reported

  2. When no selection is made in 'Test Grade Level' in the parent assessment OR any of the child assessments related to this parent, do not report the GradeLevels element.
