Rx Pack - Campus.2531

The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for July and August 2025. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four-week Release Pack).

It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.

Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2535 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

The issues causing the requirement of PIV Card approval every time a user logs in were resolved in both the BIE District and State editions.

Eligibility Import Wizard Width Formatting (SIS-191276)

Resolved an issue where the Fixed Width file type in the Eligibility Import Wizard was not allowing the selection of fixed field lengths.

Improved Tracking for Missing Transaction References (SIS-191660)

Additional tracking has been implemented to allow Payment Reference Numbers to pull into the Payments Reporter for Pending and Canceled transactions.

Error Opening Standards Portfolio (SIS-191274)

Previously, users encountered an error when attempting to access to the Standards Portfolio from Progress Monitor and Student Information. This has been corrected.

Online Payments

Service Fee in Mobile Payments (SIS-190732)

Resolved issue where service fees were incorrectly added in Campus Mobile Payments for districts not assessing it for Card Present Processing.

Mobile Payments for Activity Roster, Fees, and School Store (SIS-191592)

Resolved an issue where failed or canceled Mobile Payments for Activity Rosters, Fees, and School Store purchases incorrectly applied credits to user accounts.

Tennessee – Get Ed-Fi ID Tool to Populate Student State ID (SIS-191233)

The Get Ed-Fi ID tool on Demographics has been updated to populate the Student State ID field with the Legacy ID when a new Ed-Fi ID is created for a student and the Student State ID field is blank.

Message Center

Message Center - State Announcements (SIS-191365)

A new State Announcements section has been added to the redesigned Message Center. For state edition users, one card displays Statewide Announcements and the other displays District Announcements based on the current District context selected. For district users, a new State Announcements card displays notices from state edition.

Localization - Delaware

Delaware-Ed-Fi-Student Special Education Program Associations Updates (SIS-190565)

The following updates were implemented to reflect the changes to special education documents and support accurate state reporting:

  • Added State Codes on the Special Education Services Setup tool.
  • Created a script to insert custom services into the PlanService database table.
  • Updated Resource Preferences to map to the State Code list for Special Education Program Services Descriptor in the Student Special Education Program Associations resource.
  • Updated logic for 'specialEducationProgramServices' in Student Special Education Program Associations.

NOTE: Users must manually re-map the Student Special Education Program Associations services mapping. Auto-mappings were updated, but any previously created configurations will require manual mapping.

A resync of the Student Special Education Program Associations resource is needed as part of this update.

North Carolina, Delaware - Data Change Tracker Configuration (SIS-191105)

Data Change Tracker tables were updated in a previous release, but the values were incorrect. Those values have now been corrected.

Oklahoma - SIF Certificates Update (SIS-191437)

SIF has been updated to allow for certificates outside of the default allow list.

Program Participation

Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program Not Allowing Changes to be Added/Saved when Special Population Field is NULL (SIS-190735)

This issue only applies to states with the Career and Technical (CTE) Program enabled.

Users reported that when a record that did not have a Special Population value selected was created or modified, the error "ERROR TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'join')" was returned.

This error has been corrected. Users can now update current CTE programs or add new ones for students using the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program tool.

An error that was preventing the DisciplineIncidents object from sending data has been fixed.

State Codes were updated in the Relationship Type Attribute/Dictionary. Active relationship types are available for selection on the Relationships editor.

Kentucky Transportation 2.0 Fix (SIS-190285)

An issue was fixed so users can no longer save overlapping Transportation 2.0 records.

The SIF Unity architecture and UI framework to support the SIF v3.6 Profile have been enabled for Maine.

North Carolina - PMR Statewide Rollup Active Year (SIS-190904)

The PMR Statewide Rollup Report was only generating results for the active year. This has been modified to generate results for any year selected in the context switcher.

North Carolina - SADLS Validations Report - Deficient Number of Courses Updates (SIS-191222)

The Deficient Number of Courses Validation Report has been modified for the following:

  • Enrollments marked as No Show are not included in the report.
  • The report sorts by School Name, then Student Last Name.
  • Dropped courses are no longer counted.
  • The total period count for students who dropped earlier in the year now calculates correctly.

Pennsylvania PIMS School Calendar Template Update (SIS-190180)

The logic was updated for determining the school reported on the PIMS School Calendar Template. The report was also updated to report the in the "Total Days in Session Lost Due to Other" field when SI: Inclement Weather is selected as the Day Event Type.

Texas-Ed-Fi-SPED Instructional Setting Update (SIS-191117)

The object triggering logic was updated on the Special Education Program Reporting Period Attendance resource to report when a student has an active and locked IEP during the reporting period with a Special Ed Setting mapped to Ed-Fi Code ‘00’.

A resync of the Special Education Program Reporting Period Attendance resource is needed as part of this update.

Resolved an issue where the Household Letter report at the end of the Household Application process would fail when processing requests exceeding approximately 6MB in size.

Updated Message Center Failing to Properly Route Users to Linked URLs (SIS-191061)

Message Center was incorrectly sending users to a 404 page not found when clicking on messages linked to certain tools and URLs. This issue was corrected.

Transportation

Transportation 2.0 Toggle (SIS-190907)

Resolved an issue where the Transportation 2.0 toggle was not functioning consistently across multiple app servers.

Localization - Delaware

Delaware-Course CIP Codes Updated (SIS-190720)

CIP Codes were updated in the Course Attribute/Dictionary. Codes that were not in the proper 11-character format (00.00000000) were inactivated and re-created correctly. A one-time data conversion script was created for the inactivated codes. The codes display in the CIP Code field under the State Defined section of the Course Information tool.

Kentucky State Edition Transportation 2.0 Sync Update (SIS-190288)

A new DIS object was added to allow Transportation 2.0 records to sync to the State Edition.

Nebraska Ed-Fi Grading Period Fix (SIS-190917)

A previous update to the Grading Period resource (Campus.2531, SIS-189476), which would impact reporting for the 24-25 school year, was fixed to only apply for the 25-26 school year and data standard.

New Jersey-SMART-Course Type Field Reporting Updated (SIS-190129)

The logic for the 'Course Type' field on the SMART Student Course Data extract was updated:

  • S = Standard course taught by Single/Co-Teacher(s) assigned to your district.
    • Report 'S1' for Course Type if the selection choice is 'S' and only the teacher assigned to the Section where the Section Staff record is equal to Teacher Role of 01: Teacher of record.
    • Report 'S2' for Course Type if the selection choice is 'S' and two or more teachers are assigned to the Section where the Section Staff record is equal to Teacher Role of 01: Teacher of record.

New Mexico – Ed-Fi Student Special Education Program Associations Update for Service Provider (SIS-190216)

The logic in the serviceProvider array in the Student Special Education Program Associations resource has been updated to correctly send the provider when the Team Member End Date is blank or has an End Date in the future.

A resync on the Student Special Education Program Associations resource needs to be completed with this update.

The logic for the endDate element in the Student Special Education Program Associations resource has been updated to send the last instructional day of the configuration year.

North Carolina - NEW Retention Promotion Extract (SIS-178316)

The NC Retention Promotion Extract is now available and includes students who were retained at the end of the school year, students who were promoted during summer school, and students who were retained during summer school.

North Carolina - Additional Post Secondary Institution Options Updated (SIS-190915)

Issues were identified with the Post Secondary Institution field on both Course Information and Section Information. Dictionary values have now been corrected.

South Dakota Special Ed Data Fix (SIS-190893)

An issue with a South Dakota data job erroring due to missing database fields related to the removal of Special Ed fields from the Enrollment tool was fixed by creating a new database view, v_SDSPED_DOE_SUMMARY.
