The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for July 2024. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2431 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

North Carolina - PMR Extract Updates (SIS-178541)
The following updates have been made to the NC PMR Extract:
- The PMR Summary Report has been modified to address attendance calculations, violation logic calculations, adjustments for the 10-Day Rule for ADM/ADA Reporting, Days in Violation and Days Not in Violation, and other cosmetic adjustments.
- Updates have also been made to allow the generation, review, and submission of the PMR Summary Report for those designated individuals at the district who have been assigned proper tool rights.
- The GRS (Grade, Race, Sex) Summary and Detail reports are also available as part of the PMR Extract.
The list of available Extract Types now includes:

Search Functionality Not Working in the New Look (SIS-179616)
The 'Search' option in the Ad Hoc Filter Designer did not generate results when a user selected a saved filter in the New Look of Campus user interface. This issue has been resolved, and the search functionality generates results as expected for all filter types.

When generating a new Student UID, the Race/Ethnicity values in Campus were not received in the state's UID system with the same value. This has been corrected.

North Carolina - Student State IDs and Local Student Numbers (SIS-180085)
In a previous release, updates were made for how NC DPI Student IDs are assigned. The following lists additional updates to this process:
- The Student Number Format has been set to State ID used for the Student Number option.
- Existing local student numbers have been updated to be the same as the state ID.
- When a new student is registered or assigned a UID to the Student State ID, that UID is also assigned as the Local Student Number.
- Local Student Numbers cannot be modified once they are assigned.
- North Carolina districts do not have the ability to generate a new student number from the student's Demographics record.

Delaware-Person Identifiers Update (SIS-178334)
The label for the "Financial Management System (FMS) ID" field under the Person Identifiers section of the Demographics tool was changed to "MCI Number". The Master Client Index (MCI) Number is a health-associated ID that ties individuals to their health information. The update is also reflected in the ID History tool, which now displays the "MCI Number History".

Delaware-Ed-Fi-Student School Associations Update (SIS-178629)
Trigger logic for the Student School Associations resource was updated to consider changes to the 'Choice Basis Reason' field on the Enrollment record. The logic for the 'choiceBasisDescriptor' data element was also updated to report the Ed-Fi Code mapped to the value selected for 'Choice Basis Reason.'

North Carolina - Transcript Print for Course Display Option (SIS-180087)
The North Carolina Official Transcript requires the Course Display option to be set to State Code and Course Name. Since Course Names are set by NCDPI at the State Edition level and pushed to states at the District Edition level, a district could have a local name for that course, but the State Code and Name remain.
This means that on the Transcript with this State Code and Course Name setting, the printed Transcript report displays the State Code, State Code Name, and Local Course Name when the Local Course Name differs from the State Code Name.

Imported Immunization Doses Flag Added (SIS-179915)
Immunization doses that have been imported are now noted in the VaccineShot database table and can be queried in Ad hoc. Imported doses report as 1.
For Wisconsin users, immunizations imported using the Ed-Fi Import have a districtID of 0 (zero). When the district ID is 0 or the doses are imported, these doses report as 1 in Ad hoc.

Arizona - Estimated Enrollment Extract (SIS-179989)
The following updates have been made to the Estimated Enrollment Extract:
- FTE (AOI) Status has been updated to report AOI - Full Time when the Local Service Type on the Enrollment is T: AOI when that enrollment is active as of the effective date entered on the Extract Editor. Otherwise, Non-AOI reports for all other situations.
- SPED Program Service Type now reports based on the student's Primary Disability and LRE (SPED Setting) as of the entered Effective Date. See the linked article above for details.
- The correct format for Birth Date is MM/DD/YYYY.

North Carolina - eTranscript Updates (SIS-179925)
The eTranscript XML has been updated to include the following for North Carolina:
Organization Node
- District Name has been added as an additional Organization Name.
- School Principal is included in the Contacts as part of the Attention Lines, like the Counselor Name.
- An Accreditation section has been added. This reports when the Accreditation field on the School editor is populated; otherwise, it is not included.
Academic Record
- Credit Hours Attempted and Total Quality Points have been added to both the Weighted and Unweighted GPA sections.
- Course Quality Points Earned has been added to the Transcript Course section. It can be used only once per course.
- The Note Message for GPA Weight has been replaced with a Note Message to report the Weighted GPA Value.
Academic Program
The Name of any Academic Program with a Program Type of CTE and a Student Status of Concentrator reports in a Note Message after the Student Node,
UNC Course Code
In the Course node, any Course with a Special Code of 1 reports between the Course Title and the Note Message for Weighted GPA Value.
State Code and Code Name
When the Report Option is set to State Course Code, the Course Code Name reports the State Code NAme as the Course Title. When there is no State Code Name, the Course Name reports.

North Carolina - Special Ed Exceptional Children Update (SIS-179931)
The Exceptional Children (EC) Data Screen tool has been updated for the following:
- The Test Name and Accommodations fields now display both the Code and the Name.
- The Secondary Disability now displays multiple secondary disabilities and separates each disability by commas.
