Fixed an issue where reporting on School Boundaries in Ad hoc only displayed students enrolled in the boundary school. It now correctly includes all students within the defined school boundaries, regardless of their enrollment status.

The order of districts in the publishing list of the Assessment Center was updated to display in alphabetical order.

Special Characters Prevent Child Tests From Importing (SIS-181579)
Child assessments did not load when the 'Save & Test' option under Step 4 in the Assessment Center was selected if the assessment name included certain keywords and special characters. This issue was resolved, and the assessments load as expected.

Tests with Multiple Levels Not Importing (SIS-184670)
There was an issue with data not saving to the database when users imported an assessment with more than two hierarchical levels. This issue was resolved. Users can import and view up to 4 hierarchical levels of an assessment. All levels/related data persist in the database and are retrievable and viewable in the UI.

Error Message When Importing Result Codes With Special Characters (SIS-186541)
When a user tries to test/import a string or special character into ‘result’ or ‘resultLevel’ with the action 'Calculate using grading scale', the following error message now displays:
- Cannot calculate value '{cellValue}’ using Grading Scale for db field '{dbField}'. The value must be numeric.

Child Scores Not Published (SIS-188831)
Child assessment scores did not import when publishing tests from the State to District level. The Assessment Center publishing logic was updated to check the published flag only on the root test, allowing scores to import correctly.

Publishing Flags Verification (SIS-189080)
Publishing flag validations for test structures in the Assessment Center were improved to ensure users are properly notified when republishing is necessary after a test structure changes. Publishing flags reset to 0 when:
- A test is copied in the State Edition.
- A new child test is added to the assessment.
- A child test is moved to the assessment using the "Add Existing" button.
- Any update is made on the Test Detail screen.

Assessment Score Import Updated (SIS-189132)
When importing test scores, if a score field column mapped to calculate or import has a blank cell, the row no longer fails. The score field is saved as null or its default database value. All other mapped score fields with valid, populated values are imported or calculated as expected.

Campus Digital Repository
CDR On-Premise Deprecation Warning Prematurely Cleared (SIS-188576)
Starting with Campus.2443, we introduced a bi-weekly alert reminding districts to migrate from the CDR on-premise repository to our off-premise solution. Due to a bug, this alert was cleared prematurely. This issue was corrected. The alert now refreshes daily until districts initiate the CDR off-premise migration.
NOTE: If your district sees this alert, navigate to the Digital Repository Preferences tool and select the Change CDR Hosting button as soon as possible.

Additional Logging Added to Find Root Cause of Sporadic Grade Book Error Message (SIS-187297)
Additional logging has been added to assist in finding the root cause of sporadic and difficult-to-replicate error messages some users encounter when saving assignment scores or grades in the grade book.

Curriculum List - Visual Improvements (SIS-187378)
Improvements have been made to the Curriculum List to make navigation options more clear, especially when accessing the List from the Teaching Center. The three numbers that display for curriculum items have been redesigned to display as buttons. Teachers can easily score an assignment from the Teaching Center by clicking the assignment icon to open the List and then clicking the Scored button to open the scoring screen. From there, click Close to return to the Curriculum List.

Images - Acceptable Use Policy (SIS-186619)
Logic has been updated so that when a user uploads an image in a WYSIWYG editor, the District Acceptable Use Policy displays alongside the Campus Terms of Service.

Saving Quiz Scores (SIS-187438)
Previously, if a teacher entered a score for a quiz that differed from the calculated score, the new score sometimes didn't save properly. This has been corrected.

Reassigning Quizzes - Multiple Choice Questions (SIS-188036)
Previously, if a teacher reassigned a quiz that included a multiple choice question with multiple correct answers, correct answers were being marked as incorrect. This has been corrected.

Curriculum Import File Size Limits (SIS-188168)
The curriculum import process now enforces file size limits to prevent potential system issues:
- Individual files exceeding 100 MB are automatically discarded during import
- Total extracted cartridge size is limited to 200 MB. Cartridges that exceed this limit are not imported.

Curriculum Import - LTI Links (SIS-189143)
An additional option has been added to the Curriculum Import to facilitate importing curriculum even if no LTI connections have been configured. If the curriculum cartridge being imported includes LTI links, users have two options:
- Set Up a Single Learning Partner for All Links
- Skip Setup and Remove Links
The first option requries that the relevant LTI program to have an existing connections in the Digital Learning Applications Configuration tool to be selected in the import.
If the user does not have the Enhanced Curriculum tool right, or rights to Digital Learning Applications Configuration or District Import, the import automatically applies the Skip Setup and Remove Links option.

SIF Unity Updates (SIS-189144)
The following SIF Unity updates have been made:
- The Remove button in the Certificates side panel has been disabled for users without Delete rights.
- Validations have been added to the Required fields in the Delete tool.
- Triggers for the Responsible School and Serving School elements in the Student School Enrollment object have been updated for Virginia.
- The SIF Person Data - Object Viewer 2.* has been updated to include the StudentSchoolEnrollment object in Virginia.
- The state reports in Oklahoma have been updated to accommodate Intra-District Transfer.
- The ‘Status’ column has been removed from the Configuration screen.
Currently, SIF Unity tools are only available in Virginia.

Resolved an issue in the FRAM Verification Summary report to ensure only the most recent applications per household are counted.

Grade Reporting
GPA and Class Rank Sync (SIS-188181)
New State Edition functionality was added to capture and store class rank, weighted GPA, and unweighted GPA snapshots three times a year (January 30, June 30, and September 15).
- Sync job was implemented to calculate and pull the most current GPA and class rank for each student at each district within the state.
- District and State-level tables were created to store the data, including student information, date/time stamp, GPA, and Class Rank. The data syncs from the district level to the state level.
- Data is available at the district and state levels using Ad hoc Reporting.

Messenger
Messenger Opt-Out Text Message Fix (SIS-188642)
Resolved an issue where household phone numbers were receiving Opt-Out text messages when end-dated household members demographics information was updated.

Messenger 2.0 Performance Tuning and Message Recipient Batch Improvements (SIS-188687)
Enhanced the process of Messenger campaigns to batch insert message recipients to improve performance and addressed an issue that can result in terminated connections with very large recipient lists. Additionally, a potential blocking query was refactored out of the message creation transaction to avoid locking.

New Look Student Information Summary: More Information Side Panel Persistence (SIS-168213)
The More Information side panel in the Student Summary screen now correctly closes when switching between student contexts. Previously, the side panel remained open, displaying information from the previously selected student even after switching to a new student context.

Excluded grade levels were incorrectly appearing as an option in the Grade field of the Advanced Student Search. This issue was corrected.

OneRoster
OneRoster 1.2 - getTeachersForSchool (SIS-187301)
Previously, teachers populated in the getTeachersForSchool OneRoster endpoint if their child was enrolled at the school, even if the teacher didn't work there. This has been corrected. Only teachers with an active District Assignment are returned for that endpoint.

Add Bank Account Selection (SIS-187881)
Onboarding has been updated for migrating customers allowing them to select a Primary Bank account from one currently setup rather than creating a duplicate bank account record.

In the Walk-In Scheduler, overlapping sections set for replacement were not being deleted. This has been corrected.

Course Checkbox Value Correction (SIS-189033)
With a recent update, values of certain fields that previously saved as a numeric value were now saving as an alphabetic value, which caused reports to error.
This has been corrected to save the alphabetic values as a numeric value once again. A one-time script has been executed to update the incorrect records.

Email-Based Two-Factor Authentication Not Working for Some Districts (SIS-174982)
For some users, email-based two-factor authentication failed to display the proper authentication screen and send the authentication code email. This issue was corrected.

Default Minimum Password Character Set to 8 Characters (SIS-185640)
The default for the Minimum Password Characters field has been changed from 6 to 8 characters. Districts can increase this to more than eight characters if they choose, but they cannot go lower than eight characters. Users with passwords less than eight characters will be forced to create a new eight-character or greater password the next time their password is reset.

System Updated to Detect Comma and Use First IP in Header (SIS-187349)
Updates were made so that when a load balancer sends IPs in a comma-separated list, the comma is detected and the first IP is used.

Authentication Type Warning Added to SAML – SSO Service Provider Configuration (SIS-189067)
A warning was added to the top of the Service Provider Configuration editor in the SAML – SSO Service Provider Configuration tool, alerting users that user accounts will need to be updated to use this authentication method once enabled.

The Course Code Setup tool has been replaced with the Course Management tool. This tool allows courses to be created and managed at the state level and then pushed to district sites, providing consistent course offerings throughout the entire state. State Course Code information is published directly to districts. Course Master Information and Course Information is updated based on the State Course Code values. Use of Course Masters is not required to use this tool, as data is published to both tools.

California Attendance Recovery Programs (SIS-187984)
New Attendance Recovery tools are now available for districts to track a student's participation in an Attendance Recovery Program.
- The Attendance Recovery Program records the start and end dates, plus any applicable comments, for the student's participation in the program.
- The Program Services tool records the details of the Attendance Recovery Service, including the school, time earned, and total days used.
Districts can use the Federal/State Program Updater to import records as needed.
Future releases will include updates to CALPADS STAS and other options for the Attendance Recovery Program and Service Detail.

Colorado - Discipline Interchange Action Logic Updates (SIS-179601)
The Discipline Interchange Action File was incorrectly reporting the Discipline Action Type. The following logic has been modified:
- When the Special Education Action Flag is 00 and the Behavior Type is 17, 19-22, 31-33, the Discipline Action Type reports a value of 00.
- When the Special Education Action Flag is 00 and the Behavior Type is 41-43, then an additional record with the same incidentID is reported with a Behavior Type of 11, the Discipline Action Type reports a value of 00. There will be two records for one incident.
- When the Special Education Action Flag is 01 and the Behavior Type is 17-43, and the Incident Detail Resolution Type is State Code 01, the Discipline Action Type reports a value of 00.

The S-EBT Extract report was reporting secondary enrollments in addition to primary enrollments. This has been corrected as follows:
- When the student has multiple enrollments, only primary enrollments are included when the student ALSO has a secondary enrollment.
- When the student has two or more primary enrollments, the primary enrollment with the most recent start date reports. When the start dates are the same for the primary enrollments, the enrollment with the highest enrollment ID is used.

Montana State Grade Level and Course Updates (SIS-187747)
The KG: Kindergarten state grade level was added. The previous KF: Kindergarten Full-Time and KH: Kindergarten Half-Time codes were deprecated. For the 2025-2026 school year, those students with a KH or KF local grade level mapping have been converted to the new KG: Kindergarten value.
On the District Assignment tool, the MT SPED Level values, "3 to 5 (Not KH/KF)" and "6 and up (KH/KF to grade 12)," were updated to "3 to 5 (Not Kindergarten)" and "6 and up (Kindergarten to grade 12)."
2025-2026 School Year Assessments associated with the old Test Grade Level values were also converted to the new Kindergarten value.
Several updates and fixes were implemented for the Course Information, Course Masters, and Transcript tools for Montana, including:
- The SCED Highest Grade Level and SCED Lowest Grade Level fields no pull from the correct Attribute Dictionaries (Course.scedHighestGrade and Course.scedLowestGrade). Both of these dictionaries were also updated.
- Data conversion was done for the 25-26 school year course records:
- Courses with a SCED Highest Grade of KF or KH were converted to KG.
- Courses with a SCED Lowest Grade of KF or KH were converted to KG.
- The SCED Highest Grade Level and SCED Lowest Grade Level fields are required, regardless of whether a NCES Code is entered.

The PMR Detail Report has been modified to address issues with Mid-Year Promotions. Students who changed grade levels during a reporting period now appear twice in the report, once for each grade level, and ADM calculations are now correctly applied to each grade level in the PMR Summary.

When the speech therapy Special Education service was added to a student’s locked IEP, the student no longer reported correctly on the Student Detail Attendance extract. To resolve this issue, the logic for the 'Eligible Days Speech' data element was updated on the extract to look for State Code 'E0857: Speech Therapy' when determining if a day is eligible to be counted for speech services.
