Tool Search: App Cache Reload
The App Cache Reload tool allows system administrators to initiate an app cache reload of Infinite Campus without Campus involvement. This tool is useful for reloading the app cache after changes are made to dictionary items through the database or troubleshooting various one-off issues.
Reloading the app cache can cause heavy resource usage and intermittent outages on logins.
If you are unsure of what a reload does or find yourself using this tool often, please get in touch with Campus Support.
This tool can be accessed and used by only system administrators and users with a Student Information System (SIS) product security role.
