Activity Registration in School Store (SIS-190324)
Resolved an issue where, in some cases, the "Preview Future Enrollments" results did not match the students able to purchase an activity in the School Store. The "Include Future Enrollments" logic has been adjusted to better determine student eligibility. Districts using "Include Future Enrollments" are advised to review their "Preview Future Enrollments" results on step 2 Preview and modify their ad hoc as needed.

OneRoster 1.2 Status Inconsistencies in Users Endpoint (SIS-194361)
Previously, if a request was made to the Users endpoint for a specific individual who is inactive in Campus, the record returned with the correct status of 'tobedeleted'. However, if the request included multiple users, that same inactive individual returned with a status of 'active'. This issue has been corrected so that inactive users now consistently display as 'tobedeleted' in both individual and bulk record requests.

Groups Administrators can now properly resolve flags using the Groups Administration Tool, even when they are not owners of the group. Previously, the Resolve Flags feature did not function correctly for non-owner administrators.

A parameter issue in the data certification process has been resolved. This fix addresses an error that allowed users to potentially view data outside their assigned district when reviewing snapshot reports.

Dependent Care
Dependent Care Updates (SIS-194058) [Enhancement]
- The Student Financial Activity Report is now available.
- An issue marking scheduled students as drop-ins on their last scheduled day of attendance has been corrected. These students now correctly show as scheduled.
- When creating session charges, users must select the Charge Type before naming the Charge.
- Once a charge, discount, or credit appears on an invoice, no further edits can be made.
- Students can now be added to additional sections after initial enrollment.
- Charges are no longer required for Sessions. This also means users are no longer required to select a registration charge when approving Registration Requests.

Dependent Care Program Financial Report Update (SIS-194580)
An issue preventing discounts and credits from displaying as a negative number on the Program Financial Activity report has been corrected. The report has also been updated to display the calculated charge amount instead of the adjusted charge amount.
Charge adjustments now display as follows:
- show all charges as they were first created, along with the date they are created
- show all charge adjustments as well
- show them as a negative
- show name of charge adjustment as it shows on the UI; "Adjust"

Student Grades Updates (SIS-194424) [Enhancement]
Several updates were implemented for the Student Grades tool:
- Added print functionality to the main Grades screen and section detail screen.
- Enhanced user experience with a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the page for easier viewing of multiple terms and multiple standards/grading tasks.
- Added capability for a full view option.
- Grading Information pop-up loads without issue after previously using the ESC key.
- Refreshing the page when viewing a curriculum item no longer generates an error modal, and Curriculum can be closed as expected.

The Student Education Organization Association (SEOA) Resource now correctly identifies and sends the proper District Entity ID when using a multi-configuration connection. Previously, the system was using a single District Entity ID for all connections, which caused sync errors and 403 errors for some students.
Certain students may still receive a 409: Identifying Values Are Not Unique or 404: Not Found error in the Ed-Fi Error Log. This will be addressed in a future update. These errors can be ignored and archived. They do NOT prevent the accurate records from reporting.

The FTE Summary Report calculation logic has been updated to accurately reflect student FTE counts, particularly for students who are enrolled in Cross-Site courses and 12th graders. The following has been addressed:
- FTE values less than 300 are included in the total FTE count.
- Instructional minutes less than 300 are divided by 300, resulting in a decimal calculation for the FTE.
- Instructional minutes for students enrolled in Cross-Site Courses are now attributed to their home school.
- Grade 12 students are now properly included in FTE calculations.

North Carolina - AIG Reports Modified for Charter Schools (SIS-193879)
The Academically or Intellectually Gifted (AIG) reports have been updated to include all regular Public School Units (PSUs) and only those charter schools that have the Local AIG Plan checkbox selected. This modification applies to all AIG Fall and Spring Headcount Detail and Summary reports.
Previously, the reports used a hard-coded list for charter schools. The new logic replaces this list, ensuring more accurate reporting based on current data.

North Carolina - GDV Validations (SIS-193909)
The following Graduation Data Verification (GDV) validations are now system-owned (instead of state-owned), meaning they are now available for all schools and districts. They have also been renamed to not include NC.
- GDV-1 Students missing either a Diploma Date or Diploma Type
- GDV-2 Students without a post graduate intention or an invalid value
- GDV-3 Students with invalid Enrollment End Date
- GDV-4 Student's with multiple w4/w6 exit codes
- GDV-5 Students without w4/w6 exit codes
- GDV-6 Students without a valid state ID
- GDV-7 Student graduates below grade 10
- GDV-8 Students without a 9th grade entry date

North Carolina - AMC Validations Now System Owned (SIS-193910)
Advanced Math Course (AMC) validations for North Carolina are now system-owned. This change affects 11 AMC validations previously written by Infinite Campus and includes three published validation rules used for state-level reporting:

Several unpublished validation rules and stored procedures related to AMC reporting are also being reviewed and may be removed if deemed unnecessary.

The Principal Monthly Report (PMR) Validations for WARN and INFO categories are now system-owned rules. This affects the following validation groups:
- Students listed on PMR and no longer enrolled
- R1 entries due to enrollment changes
- No-Shows
- Students who have graduated
- Students with Visitor admission status
- Students with 10-day rule violations
- Students with an incomplete Transfer Student Records process
- Kindergarten students with birth dates before August 31
- Students with Transfer Days Override not equal to zero
- Invalid R2/R3 enrollment codes
- Invalid R1/R5/R6 enrollment codes

North Carolina - PMR Detail MEM_Last_Day_NVIO for VST1 Students (SIS-194484)
The PMR Detail Report has been updated to correctly calculate the MEM_Last_Day_NVIO field for students with a VST1 (Visiting) enrollment status. Previously, some VST1 students were incorrectly showing a value of 1 for this field when it should have been 0.

In a previous release, logic for the LCS Class Size Violations Report was incorrectly updated for the Over PSU Wide Maximum Average and Over Individual Class Size Maximum Violation Types. This has been reverted to its previous state and aligns with state requirements, as follows:
Over the PSU-wide maximum average
- Kindergarten - Student Count divided by Teacher Count is over 18
- Grade 1 - Student Count divided by Teacher Count is over 16
- Grade 2 - Student Count divided by Teacher Count is over 17
