To improve accessibility, The ‘aria-labelledby’ attribute has been removed from all native input elements with parent label elements but is still present on non-input components (i.e., droplists where the aria label is not redundant).

Accessibility issues with the buttons found in the Forgot Your Password, Forgot Your Username, and Set Security Email screens were corrected. The color contrast in the heading of the Set Security Email screen was updated to meet accessibility standards.
Also, the Cancel button on the Set Security Email page is now functioning properly.

Activity Roster Credit Card Transaction Fix (SIS-179370)
Manual Credit Card transactions within the Activity Roster were causing an error. This has been corrected.

An issue occurred where students were populating in the Ad Hoc report as tied to an Activity even though the parent did not purchase the item and the student was not on the roster for the activity. This has been corrected.

State Edition/District Edition - Section Schedule Fields Syncing (SIS-179240)
Section Schedule fields in the Filter Designer were found to not be syncing from District Edition to State Edition. This has been corrected.

Attendance
Interdistrict Cross-Site Attendance (SIS-178560) [Enhancement]
Cross-Site Attendance functionality has been modified to include sharing of attendance data from the Home School to the Serving School and vice versa for Interdistrict Cross-Site Enrollment.
When an attendance record is created and saved for a student by the Attendance Office (non-teacher attendance) at the Home School, that record triggers an event to share that attendance data with the Serving School. At the Serving School, the student's Attendance is updated to display that attendance event.
The same process occurs when the Serving School marks the student absent. The Home School then sees the same attendance event for that student.

Behavior Event Report Fix (SIS-176682)
An issue where school names including commas were displayed in two columns on the .csv format of the Behavior Event Report has been fixed.

Insights Percent Tier Reports Updated (SIS-174915) [Enhancement]
There was an overlap in the tiers on the Percent Tiers Reports that caused students to report in two groups. The tier values were updated to correct this issue:
- Score 0%-64%: Percent < 65
- Score 65%-70%:Percent >= 65 and < 70
- Score 70%-80%:Percent >= 70 and < 80
- Score 80%-90%:Percent >= 80 and < 90
- Score over 90%:Percent >= 90
Existing templates maintain their filter settings and will update to the new logic.

Error Message Generated When Using the New Look of Campus with Firefox (SIS-177250)
An error toast message was generated when users navigated from Early Warning to other tools in the New Look of Campus while using the Firefox web browser. This issue was corrected, and users can navigate from Early Warning to other tools as expected in all Campus-supported browsers.

Insights Classroom Performance Pivots Score Drop List Updated (SIS-178723)
The scroll-down option to select scores at the bottom of the list did not function as expected in the Classroom Performance Pivots score drop list fields. This has been corrected.

Counseling
Counseling Meetings and Contact Log Fixes (SIS-174925)
Two fixes have been made concerning how Counseling Meetings and Contact Log records function. First, when a Counseling Meeting is created with more than one student and the Log Contact checkbox is marked for both students, the Contacted field on the Contact Log record only displays the name of the student who owns the Contact Log record. This ensures the privacy of the other student. The other student's name also does not display when printing the Contact Log record.
Secondly, when users delete a Counseling Meeting that has an associated Contact Log record, the Contact Log record is also deleted. See the Schedule Counseling Meetings article for additional information.

Data Validation Tool Rights Error (SIS-174260)
A tool rights error caused some users be unable to view Data Validation reports generated via Batch Queue. This has been corrected.

Enable New FERPA Program For All States (SIS-179566) [Enhancement]
A new FERPA Program tool has been enabled that can be used by any state that wishes to provide a place to track parent/guardian decisions regarding opting out of sharing certain types of information.

Walk-In Scheduler - Drop All Courses (SIS-176333)
When adding a request for a student inthe Walk-In Scheduler and updating a student's schedule, selecting the Drop All button, then selecting the Keep button next to a course, the course still displays with a Drop date. If a save is completed after this, the course selected to keep is dropped.
This has been corrected. When selecting Drop All, all buttons change to Drop instead of Keep.

For districts that use a third-party system for Special Education, new options are available for identifying special education students and sending guardian information for those students.
The Student Parent Associations Resource has been updated as follows:
- The isIDEAParent element reports True when the student has a locked IEP that overlaps the configured year OR the student has no IEPs but does have a flag with a state code of 999 (IEP) that overlaps the configured year.
- A Post trigger happens when the student:
- Has a locked IEP that overlaps the configured year. The trigger happens when the IEP is locked or unlocked, when a new plan is created, or when an existing plan is amended.
- Has no IEPs, but does have a flag with a state code of 999 (IEP) that overlaps the configured year. The trigger happens when a new flag is assigned or the flag start date or end date changes. When the Flag State Code changes, a manual resync is needed (NOT included in the trigger).

- Several fields on the Elementary and Secondary Plans have been added to the Participation in Statewide Assessments editor. Verbiage on the third checkbox has also been updated.
- An issue with the Transportation editor on the Elementary and Secondary Plans not saving correctly has been fixed.
- The Non Public School dropdown on the Enrollment editor (Private School Plan only) was updated to be a text field, and it now pulls in data from the student's Enrollment tool.
Several updates have been made to the Specially Designed Instruction editor on the Elementary, Secondary, and Preschool Plan, including:
- The Services field is now named Specially Designed Instruction. The list of values availalbe in this dropdown was also updated. The name of this area was updated on the printed document to "Specially Designed Instruction, Supplementary Aids and Services and Modifications."
- A new field, Responsible Party, was added under the Duration and Frequency section.
- A new field, Specify Other, was added under the Specially Designed Instruction field.

- The backend script that ran on Delaware's Evaluations to ensure documents pushed down from the state to a district has been updated to correctly label the Evaluations with the abbreviation ESR and have the correct values in the XML.

Several updates have been made to Idaho's Special Education Documents. Updates to the Early Childhood IEP include:

- The character limit has been increased to 8000 characters for several fields on the Outcome 1, Outcome 2, Outcome 3, Positive Behavior Supports, Behavior Intervention Plan, Accommodations, Written Notice, and Consent for Initial Placement editors.
- Multiple checkboxes can now be marked in the Written Notice editor for sections A, B, and C.
- A new checkbox, Not Exiting, has been added to the Outcomes 1, 2, and 3 editors.
- When the Age 3-5 OR the Age 6-21 checkboxes are marked on the LRE editor, several Educational Environment codes become available and required.

Indiana-Ed-Fi-Student Program Association Logic Updated for High Ability (SIS-170735)
A Gifted tool was added for Indiana users as part of the Campus. 2407 release. It should be used to record 'High Ability Type' data, as the data will no longer be reported from the Additional Student Information section of the Enrollment record.
The logic for object triggering and object data elements on the Student Program Associations resource was updated to report from the new Gifted tool. The Student Program Associations Resource Preferences were also updated to add mappings for two new High Ability Reason Exited descriptors.

Kentucky – Attendance Cross-Site Enrollment (SIS-176948) [Enhancement]
Check-in/check-out records will be transferred between Cross-Site Enrollment home and serving schools, with blank attendance codes, and times on the transferred records will be set to reflect present minutes at the sending school accurately. The most recently updated record time/status is the record that will be reflected at both schools. If an existing check-in/check-out record is interrupted by a received record, it will be ended, with a new check-in/check-out record created to reflect the attendance at the school that sent the record (i.e., the school that created the record or most recently updated its status/time).

Missouri MOSIS Student Assignment Extract Updates (SIS-178278)
Two issues with the MOSIS Student AssignmentMOSIS Student Assignment extract have been addressed with this update:
Students who moved from one Enrollment structure to another were missing courses from their first Enrollments on the extract. Now, all courses report on the extract if the End Dated Enrollment was active during a portion of the school year.
Students were not reporting correctly when they had two Enrollments in the same calendar, one of which was excluded and the other no longer active. Now, all courses report when the student's most recent Enrollment is marked as State Exclude. The report looks to see if the End-Dated Enrollment was active during a portion of the school year.

The Person Identifiers editor on Census Demographics now includes an Assign NC DPI State ID button. For students and staff who have an ID but the State ID field is blank, this button adds their existing state ID to the field when it is found. For students or staff members who have never been employed at or enrolled in a North Carolina school district, a new State ID is created for them.

The *first* release of the CTE Extract is now available. The CTE Extract collects data on CTE Concentrators, Potential Concentrators, OCS/ECS Exclusions, Pathway Course Sequences, and Major Level courses.
For this initial release, the CTE Status Extract Type is available, along with the selection of Grade Levels and CTE Status, plus the selection of subgroups, pathway details and exclusion students.

The Class Schedule File (previously known as the Class Roster File) has been updated for the 2024-25 school year. Both the Class Roster file (layout for the 2023-24 school year) and the Class Schedule file are available for selection in the Report Type field.
Several fields have been removed in the 2024-25 format, and the tool has been updated to reflect new technology following our corporate initiatives.
Also, the Role field on the Section Staff History tool is now locked. Districts cannot modify the values available for selection in this field.

South Dakota Special Ed IEP Updates (SIS-179386)
Several updates have been made to the South Dakota Individual Education Plan, including:
- A new print format, SD IEP 2024, is now available.
- When the ESY Services checkbox is marked on the Services editor, the Service prints on both the Related Services and Extended School Year tables.
- Two new fields have been added to the Extended School Year editor, ESY Beginning Date and ESY Ending Date.
- The Beginning and Ending Date fields on the Extended School Year editor now print correctly in the corresponding columns in the Extended School Year table.

Due to updates to the Club ID field, the following updates have been made to the Tennessee Career and Technical Education Program tool:
- Print: Student Organization will now be titled Club ID when the report is generated.
- Error Warning: The words Student Organization will be replaced by Club ID where appropriate.
- Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program Updater: The Club ID field is no longer a required field.

Virginia Student Record Collection Updates (SIS-178604)
Several updates have been made to the Virginia Student Record Collection, including:
- an issue where a second record was reporting when the Division School or Responsible Division-School fields on the student's Enrollment were populated has been fixed. Now, only one record reports.
- the Immigrant element is now required for the EOY report.
- An issue with the Internet Access for Remote Learning, Device Access for Remote Learning, and Parental Remote Learning Decision elements reporting incorrectly for Digital Equity records has been fixed. The Digital Equity record must be active as of the school year, not as of the report Snapshot Date, and the End Date does not need to be null or after the Snapshot Date.
- for students with multiple records, the GED code does NOT report when the Withdrawal Code is W221.
- the CTE Cluster Code element logic has been updated to report blank when the CTE Finisher Code is null or 4.
