The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for January and February 2024. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2407 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

The trigger and resync logic for the Student Program Associations resource has been updated to exclude the English Learner program record when an EL Service record exists for the student and the T3 box is checked for the EL record.
A resync on the Student Program Associations resource needs to be completed with this update.

Indiana-Virtual Education Tool Added (SIS-168780)
A new Virtual Education tool has been added for Indiana users. It incorporates the 'Virtual Student' and 'Distance Learning' data components that are currently located under the State Reporting Fields section of the Enrollment record. This new tool allows for the documentation of:
- Virtual Education Detail
- Start / End Dates
- Instruction Type
- Comments
- State Defined Elements
- Percent Virtual
- Reason Exited
- District Defined Elements
A data conversion will be implemented for the current academic year to address virtual student / distance learning information specified on student enrollment records.

Indiana-Ed-Fi-Student Program Associations Updated for Virtual Education (SIS-170740)
A new Virtual Education tool was added for Indiana users (see SIS-168780). It incorporates the 'Virtual Student' and 'Distance Learning' data components located under the State Reporting Fields section of the Enrollment record. Logic for Object Triggering and Data Elements on the Student Program Associations resource has been updated to report data from the new Virtual Education tool instead of the Enrollment record.
A conversion script has been implemented to create Virtual Education program records for all students with an active enrollment in the current academic year where:
- 'Virtual Student' value is 50 or greater.
OR - 'Distance Learning' checkbox is marked.
Existing values have not been removed from Enrollment records. The 'Virtual Student' field and 'Distance Learning' checkbox will remain enabled on the Enrollment page for the time being.
A resync of the Student Program Associations resource is required as part of this update.

Assessments Not Displaying on EL Assessments Page (SIS-175783)
There was an issue with new assessments configured for Proficiency EL in the Assessment Center not displaying on a student's English Learners (EL) Assessments page. This has been corrected and all test scores configured for Proficiency EL display as expected.

Result / Proficiency Statuses Updated (SIS-175881)
Logic for the 'Use Proficiency Statuses' option under Test Detail in the Assessment Center has been updated. When the 'Use Proficiency Statuses' checkbox is marked:
- Minimum Value and Proficiency Status are no longer designated as required fields.
- A message displays in red indicating the field that is missing data when values are entered into any of the following:
- Minimum Value
- Proficiency Status
- Result Code
- Result Label

Tool Rights Added for Yearly GPA (SIS-175446)
A 'Yearly GPA' calculation option was added in the Campus.2347 release. Only users assigned to an SIS Product Security Role could run ad hoc reports using the related data elements. This update allows any State Edition user assigned 'Yearly GPA' tool rights to access and use the Yearly GPA data elements in an ad hoc filter.

Category logic for OneRoster 1.1 has been updated to so that if an incoming category isn't valid for the Section in Campus, the previous category logic requiring teachers to manually categorize assignments is used.

Arizona - End Date Logic for LRE (SIS-175058)
End Date Logic has been modified when the LRE (SPED Setting) is D: Public or Private Separate Day School for greater than 50% of the school day to NOT report the End Date until the associated enrollment has an end date in the following resources:
- Student Special Education Program Associations
- Student Education Organization Responsibility Associations
- Student Needs - *Only SPED-related Needs*
This applies to both the 2020 and 2023 IEP formats.

Colorado - Updates to the SPED IEP Interchange December and End of Year Participation Files (SIS-174229)
The following updates have been made to the December and End of Year Participation Reports:
- The 2023-2024 Format has been added. The 2021-2022 Format has been removed.
- Field 13 is now SPED Pupil's Attendance Information.
- Field 29 is now SPED Basis of Exit.
- Field 30 is now Special Education Referral Type.
- Fields 32-36 (Part 1 Only fields) have been removed.

Indiana-Ed-Fi-EdOrgID Conversion Update (SIS-174757)
There was an issue with alphabetic characters in the State District Number and State School Number not being converted to numeric digits. This issue has been resolved. All Ed-Fi Resources that use 'educationOrganizationReference' / 'educationOrganizationId' have been updated to convert alphabetic characters to numeric digits prior to being included in the JSON.
