Rx Pack - Campus.2251

The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for December 2022 and January 2023. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four week Release Pack).

It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.

Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2303 pack unless otherwise noted.

Below is a list of all Rx Packs for Campus.2251 and the date of availability:

  • Rx Pack Campus.2251.4 - Friday, January 13, 2023
  • Rx Pack Campus.2251.3 - Thursday, December 22, 2022
  • Rx Pack Campus.2251.2 - Monday, December 19, 2022
  • Rx Pack Campus.2251.1 - Tuesday, December 13, 2022

See the Release Pack Campus.2251 - December 2022 article for a full list of cases included in the Campus.2247 release.

Arizona - 21st CCLC Extract - Start/End Dates, Attendance Issue (SIS-166653)

Logic for the following fields has been modified for the 21st CCLC Extract:

*Dates of Class and Total Weeks to Date*

  • The start date and end date of the section now uses the roster dates of the students in the section, instead of the term start/end dates.
    • The start date is the oldest roster start date and the end date is the newest roster end date.
    • The number of weeks the course has been offered up to either the end date entered in the extract editor or the actual end date of the course also reports when the course end date is prior to the extract editor end date. When either date is not populated, the term date is used instead.
  • For weeks, the number of weeks (Mon-Sun) is counted starting from the start date of the course through the end date that is entered in the extract editor or the course end date (when the course end date is prior to the extract editor end date).

Average Daily Attendance

This value counts the number of students who were present each day the section was offered from the start date of the section through the end date entered on the extract editor (or the end date of the section when it is before the extract editor date).

  • A student is considered present when they have positive minutes recorded for the course on the given day.
  • The start/end date of the section is determined by using the oldest roster start date and newest roster end date. When either date is not populated, the term dates are used instead.
  • The counts for each day are summed, then divided by the number of days the section was offered from the start date of the section through the end date entered on the extract editor (or the end date of the section when it's earlier than the extract editor date). This value is then rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Minnesota-Ed-Fi-Calendar Resource Not Reporting Grade Level Descriptor (SIS-166007)

An update released in Campus.2247 (SIS-160763) caused the Ed-Fi Calendar Grade Level Descriptors to stop reporting with the Calendars resource. The change has been reverted to report the Calendar resource including the value for the Ed-Fi Calendar Grade Level Descriptor when the Grade Level state code is mapped to a Grade Level Descriptor in the Grade Level resource. Otherwise, a calendar record does not report for the grade level.

A resync of the Calendar and dependent resources is needed as part of this update.
