Tutoring (Oklahoma)

The Tutoring tool allows districts to track students participating in Tutoring programs.

Read - View Tutoring records.
Write - Edit existing Tutoring records.
Add - Add new Tutoring records.
Delete - Remove Tutoring records.

Add a Tutoring Record

  1. Click the New button. A Tutoring Detail editor displays.
  2. Enter the applicable information for the student.
  3. Click the Save icon when finished. The saved record displays in the Tutoring summary.

Use the Federal/State Program Updater to import existing Tutoringrecords for students or to update records for multiple students.

  • T2902: Tutor Remedial Reading

Type of tutoring the student is receiving. Options are:

  • TUAG_AIR: Accelerate Grant - Air Reading
  • TUAG_ECR: Accelerate Grant - Enhanced Core Reading Instruction 
  • TUAG_MA: Accelerate Grant - Mathematica 
  • TU_LIFT: OKCPS Project LIFT
  •  TUTPS_RE: TPS Reads 
  • TUTTI_MA: Transformative Tutoring Initiative - Mat
  • TUNatAm: Native American Tutoring
  • TUDIS: District Local Tutoring

  • TBS: Before School
  • TCGIP: Control group, in person
  • TCGVIR: Control group, in virtual
  • TCLFT: Classroom inclusion full time
  • TCLPT: Classroom inclusion part time

Print Summary

Click the Print button to generate a report of the Tutoring records for the student.
