The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for June 2026. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four-week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2627 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

New York SIRS Student Lite Update (SIS-200105)
The default value for the District Code of Residence data element on the SIRS Student Lite extract was updated to report "NY" followed by the State District Number instead of a null value.

Localization - Nevada
Nevada- Inactive Students Included in ALP Credit Report (SIS-199771)
The ALP Credit Report included students who were withdrawn as of the report's selected Effective Date. Additionally, if a student had two enrollment records at different districts in the same year, both records were included in the ALP Credit Report, even if one of the enrollments was marked as end-dated as of the Effective Date on the report. This issue has been resolved. The ALP Credit Report logic has been updated to exclude student records when the enrollment is not active as of the Effective Date specified in the report editor.

If an error occurs during the Campus Digital Repository (CDR) lite account creation process (for districts that currently do not have an active CDR account), failure to complete it can result in severe SIS application performance issues. This issue was corrected.

Missouri Enrollments Career Cluster Conversion Fixes (SIS-199509)
In a previous release, historical Enrollment records (24-25 and prior) were converted to the historical Career Cluster codes rather than the 25-26 codes. Some districts had manually changed their codes, and the previous conversion did not accommodate this scenario. The Career Cluster field is now unlocked as well.

North Carolina - UID Assignment for Future Enrollment (SIS-198658)
An error occurred when assigning a UID to a student with a future enrollment in the Student Locator. This has been corrected.
- A UID can be assigned to a student when they have a future enrollment.
- A student who already has a UID can be given a future enrollment without any issues.
- A student does not need a current enrollment in order to have a UID or have a future enrollment.

New York SIRS Student Lite Updates (SIS-198692)
The SIRS Student Lite Home Phone and Address report logic was updated for New York. Home Phone logic was updated to report the area code plus trailing zeroes when the Private checkbox is marked, and the household phone number when it is not. The highest emergency priority Guardian phone reports when the household phone is null.
Address was updated to report the most recent inactive address when a student has no active addresses.
