The Course Planner is used by Schedulers to set parameters that determine how courses are built and placed on the Scheduling Board, as well as specifying who can teach the course and the room or rooms in which a course section can meet.

Scheduling & Courses > Scheduling > Course PlannerUsers with access to Scheduling Center and Course Planner will be able to navigate to the Course Planner tool from the Scheduling Center.
Users with rights to do so can toggle back and forth between the Scheduling Board and the Course Planner, Staff Planner, and Requests & Rosters tools.
