Course Planner Tool Rights

The Course Planner is used by Schedulers to set parameters that determine how courses are built and placed on the Scheduling Board, as well as specifying who can teach the course and the room or rooms in which a course section can meet.

Course Planner

Users with access to the Scheduling Center and Course Planner are able to navigate to the Course Planner tool from the Scheduling Center. They can toggle back and forth between the Scheduling Board and the Course Planner, Staff Planner, and Requests & Rosters tools when accessing the Scheduling Board first.

Access and View the Course Planner. Filter the courses to view a subset of the courses in the school. View detailed information for a selected course.	Edit and save changes made in the Side Panels.
