The Date fields in ad-hoc were not setup as date fields and were missing operators to produce expected results. Because of this, we will be depreciating fields and introducing new ones. Campus Learning
Submitting Assignments on Behalf of Students (SIS-160480) [Enhancement]
Teachers now have the option to submit assignments on behalf of students. A note at the bottom of the submission indicates when an assignment was submitted for the student by a teacher. Using the View As Student option in the top right corner of the screen, teachers can view the assignment as a student sees it and submit work for the student for assignments that have submissions enabled. Depending on what is enabled for the assignment and what options the teach has available, they can submit text in the Editor, upload a file to the Digital Repository, or attach a file from the teacher's own Google Drive to the assignment.
An additional option has been added for Digital Repository users: after clicking Upload File on the submission screen, teachers can select Take a Photo to take a photo using their webcam or phone camera and attach it to the assignment. This option to take a photo is also available to students via Campus Student.

Display Options and Campus Student/Parent Updates (SIS-166864) [Enhancement]
The following updates have been made to the Display Options tool:
- Minor improvements to the Display Options report.
- Cosmetic adjustments.
- Added a Display Options Summary at the end of the Calendar and Term Settings information in the Display Options tool that shows the enabled display options for the calendar.
- When copying a template using Batch Edit, options were added to Step 3 to "Fill & Append School Name" and "Fill & Prepend School Name."
- When using Batch Edit to edit Calendar and Term Settings, an option was added to show only updated options in steps 4 and 5.
- Logic has been updated so that Campus Student & Parent follow the related portal preferences for the Document tools in future school years. This change allows upcoming students, those with enrollments in the future school year only, to see documents and custom forms.
Additionally, accessibility improvements for screen readers and keyboard navigation have been made to Campus Parent and Campus Student, as well as cosmetic adjustments and improvements.

Student Number Preferences - Windowing/Use Next Highest Available Number (SIS-165387)
In a previous release, the Student Number preferences were modified to include an option for using the smallest available student number or using the next highest available number in the sequence.
The logic for using he next highest number was incorrectly using the highest value in the database, instead of the maximum value entered. This has been corrected.
In addition, when assigning student numbers with Use the next highest available number in sequence option and the next available value is higher than the value set for the Max value, a warning message displays indicating the Max Value field needs to be increased in order to auto-generate the number. Then, the Generate Number field on Demographics, Student Locator, Add Person or new Enrollments can be marked and the student number generates.

Special Ed Amended Copy Fix (SIS-167281)
Previously when the Special Ed Preferences "Auto Create a PDF when Amend Tool is used" or "Auto End Date the previous locked Plan when a new Plan is locked with overlapping dates" were marked Yes and the user amended a document, the auto generated PDF copy was not matching the original plan. This has been fixed so the PDF copy now matches exactly and is a direct copy of the original plan prior to the amendment changes. This error was only applicable for those plans rewritten with the New Look of Campus.

Student and Staff Locator Updates (SIS-166876)
Changes to the search functionality released in Campus.2251 disabled the black arrow in the Student Locator and the Staff Locator that indicates a person is locally enrolled /employed. This issue has been corrected. For students locally enrolled and staff locally employed:
- A black arrow displays next to their name.
- The hover over text displays the selected person's information.
- A new person record is NOT created when selecting the student / staff member and saving on the next screen.
The pronoun drop lists under the Identity Information section of the Student Locator and the Staff Locator have also been updated to correctly populate based on the options designated using the Pronoun Setup tool.

The option to schedule "Priority" messages has been added to the Messenger 2.0 tools. New tool rights have been added for sending Priority messages. A new "Priority" button added to the Create New Message section of Messenger 2.0, between General and Emergency, a new Priority indicator for the Scheduled Messages list, and a new Priority tab has been added in the Select Templates view. Much of the workflow is the same as the other message workflows. Additionally, Priority messages:
- Respect the dial window.
- Can be scheduled as recurring.
- Include additional fields and sub-reports beyond what is available for Emergency messages.

Students and staff patrons who were previously searched for and found on the POS 2.0 terminal were no longer appearing in the POS 2.0 terminal if changes had been made to either a current, past, or future Enrollment or District Assignment record. They could no longer be found through PIN entry and/or Search and a data reload was the only way to fix this. This problem has now been resolved; a data reload should no longer be needed when Enrollment and District Assignment changes are made.

Point of Sale Homeroom and PIN Search (SIS-167540) [Enhancement]
Homeroom and PIN searches have been added to the POS 2.0 terminal Search Side Panel.
The homeroom teacher name/section numbers and student roster information will update on the terminal at night. The first time the terminal updates, the new homeroom tables will be added, but not populated until after the nightly job is run or a data reload is performed, whichever comes first. Because of this, the first time the cashier sees the HR droplist, it will not be populated until the next day.

Externally-linked custom links can now be added to the Campus workspace. Users who choose to add external resources to the Campus workspace will receive a warning, notifying them of the risk involved in pulling external resources into Infinite Campus. Along with this case, external resources in custom outline links and custom tabs will now be added to the content security policy, allowing users to enable a content security policy for their Infinite Campus site(s) without having the CSP block these tabs and links.

User Account Maintenance Updates (SIS-152878) [Enhancement]
To improve the user experience and better clarify login settings, the following updates were made to the Login Security Settings tool:
- A new section titled ‘New Device Notification Settings’ has been added. This section contains the following two fields used to control login notifications for new devices:
- Do not send login alerts
- When selected, staff users will not receive a login notification when logging into Infinite Campus using a new, unregistered device.
- Send an alert when logging in with a new device. (This option requires email messenger to be configured in order to function.)
- When selected, staff users will be required to enter and confirm a security email before accessing Infinite Campus and the user will receive an email notification each time a new device is used to log in.
- Do not send login alerts
- A new section titled ‘Two-Factor Authentication Options’ has been added. This section contains the following three fields:
- Do not require a verification code to log in
- When selected, staff users will not be required to use two-factor authentication when logging into Infinite Campus.
- Require a Two-Factor Authentication code (Email-Based) This option requires email messenger to be configured in order to function.
- When selected, staff users will be required to enter and confirm a security email before accessing Infinite Campus and will be required to enter and confirm a security code emailed to them each time they attempt to access Infinite Campus.
- Require a Time-Based Two-Factor Authentication code (Third party authentication application required)
- When selected, staff users will be required to use an Authentication app in order to login and access Infinite Campus.
- Both two-factor authentication options allow for the administrator to determine the interval of requiring reauthentication (New Device, 30 minutes, Day, Week, Month).

To better clarify two-factor authentication options on the User Account page, the following updates were made:

Logic for reporting Arizona Attendance Calculations has been updated, as follows:
- Event Duration logic for Grades K-8 and Grades 9-12 when summing total attended minutes now includes present minutes when populated. Meaning, if there is an attendance code with a status of Absent on a given period, but present minutes are also entered, those present minutes are included in the total attended minutes.
- Modality Time logic for partial day virtual attendance for Grades K-8 and Grades 9-12 now includes the following:
- For in person attended minutes, include any present minutes entered for a period that has a status of Absent and the state code does NOT contain DLP or DLA.
- For distance learning attended minutes, include any present minutes entered for a period that has a state code of DLA.
- For in person/distance learning absent minutes, if there are present minutes entered for the absent period, then subtract the present minutes from the total period minutes and use that value in the sum.

Wisconsin - Ed-Fi Discipline Resources Trigger Updates (SIS-159745)
The triggers for the Discipline Actions, Discipline Incidents, and Student Discipline Incident Associations resources have been updated to send for the single school in which the Special Ed Exit Date on the enrollment has been updated when multiple school enrollments and discipline actions exist. The triggers have also been updated to send if resolution dates are changed, saved and the incident status is saved as complete.
A resync on the Discipline Actions, Discipline Incidents, and Student Discipline Incident Associations resources needs to be completed with this update.

Wisconsin Evaluations Updates (SIS-166827)
Several updates have been made to the Wisconsin Evaluation documents. Updates to the Eligibility Report include:
- an issue where the Role was not printing on the Team Meeting Cover Page has been resolved.
- upon printing, the disability area(s) are pulled from the Eligibility Determination editor instead of from the student's enrollment record.
Updates to the Existing Data Review include:
- an issue where the Role was not printing on the Team Meeting Cover Page has been resolved.
- the informational text on the (IE3/RE5) Need to Conduct Additional Assessments editor has been updated to the following, ""The IEP team has determined that additional assessments or other evaluation materials are needed to determine whether your child continues to have a disability (impairment and a need for special education), and to identify your child's current educational needs.""
Updates to the Referral include:
- validation on the (R-1) Referral to Special Education to allow users to click the Not Needed button when Reevaluation is selected as the Evaluation Type.
- a new date field, Date Notice sent with Statement of Parental Rights, has been added to the (IE-1) Notice of Receipt of Referral/Start Initial Evaluation editor.
