Tool Search: Reading Success Plan
The Reading Success Plan tool tracks students identified as having a severe reading deficiency, at risk of dyslexia, or an official diagnosis of dyslexia and are in need of a Reading Success Plan (RSP). The goal of an RSP is to help students develop appropriate reading skills in the areas of comprehension, fluency, phonemic awareness, phonics, and vocabulary.
Overlapping records are NOT allowed. Program Start and End Dates are NOT tied to the student's enrollment or school calendar.
