The Assessment Center (released in Campus.2223) provides users with the ability to create and manage assessments administered to students for district, state, and national tests. This new tool also includes functionality to copy assessments (District and State Editions) and publish assessment structures / scores (State Edition).

Consecutive Absence Report - Minimum Percent Absent per Day Field (SIS-159696) [Enhancement]
A new Minimum Percent Absent Per Day field has been added to the Consecutive Absence Report editor. This field allows the entry of a value between 1 and 100 that correlates to the percent of a day a student is absent - 100% means student was absent for every minute of the day, 50% means the student was absent for at least half of the minutes in the day, etc.

Custom Tabs Sharing Same Name as Existing Tool Causing Issues (SIS-125032)
Custom tabs given the exact same name as an existing tool were causing the custom tool to appear in the wrong location and/or have data and field issues. This issue was corrected by no longer allowing any custom tabs to be named the same as an existing tool.
Existing tabs with duplicate names have not been deleted and will continue to function however, users are highly advised to rename these tabs to prevent any future issues and confusion.

In a previous update, special characters were restricted from being used in the names of menu items and categories via the Custom Tool Placement Editor. The Data Extract Utility has been updated to support TLS session resumption. This update prevents various issues from occurring when a server requires TLS session resumption and allows continued compatibility with Filezilla Server.

Data Extract Utility Saying Success When Extract Fails Due to tempDB Issue (SIS-158964)
When an extract fails due to SQL taking up all the tempDB space, the Data Extract Utility Set Up and Data Extract Utility screens were incorrectly indicating the extract transmitted successfully. This issue was corrected and now when this issue occurs, users will receive a ‘TempDBExtract’ stating the transmission failed as the system could not allocate space in the database tempdb.

A new System Preference is available, called Birth Date Required for Student Locator. When set to Yes, a birth date must be entered in order for the Search button on the Student Locator to be activated. This is in addition to other fields that are also required - Last Name, First Name and Gender, OR State ID.
For Kentucky users: This preference is always set to Yes and cannot be modified.

Teacher-reported unknown absences (Attendance Status = A, Attendance Excuse = blank) now calculate correctly when the Unknown as Unexcused/Excused checkbox being marked on the report editor.
When a student leaves a calendar in the school and enters another calendar in the school, records are merged together when the Exemption Indicator fields for both enrollments are Y. When the Exemption Indicator fields are different, the value reporting the Y is excluded.

Pennsylvania Special Education Template Report Updates (SIS-159861)
Updates to the Special Education Template include two report changes: The Amount of Special Education Services field (field 15) now reports from the checkboxes on the Educational Placement editor on the IEP 2021, 2021.2, and 20222 print formats. The Type of Support field (field 17) now reports from the Primary Support dropdown on the Educational Placement editor on the IEP 2021, 2021.2, and 20222 print formats.

Students are present when there are no other combinations of tardy, absent or early dismissal.

Wisconsin
Wisconsin Evaluation Fixes (SIS-159676)
Several updates have been made to the Wisconsin Evaluation. On the Eligibility Report, validation within the Autism checklist on the (ER-1) Eligibility Determination has been fixed. Verbiage within other checklists has also been updated.
Validation has been added back that in order to lock the Existing Data Review, at least one Team Member must be marked as LEA within the ED-1 Team Participant editor.

Wisconsin Special Ed Plan Updates (SIS-159802)
Several updates have been made to the Wisconsin IEP and ISP. These updates apply to both the Classic version and New Look versions of the plans.
- two new print formats, WI IEP 2022.2 and WI ISP 2022.2, are now available.
- verbiage on the (I-7) ACT with Writing editor has been updated and this editor has been reorganized.
- a new editor, (I-7) PreAct Secure, has been added.
- the (I-7) ACT Aspire Early High School editor has been removed.
- the "If no, explain" text fields have been removed from the P1/P2 editor.

Wyoming-WDE 950 Graduating Student Extract Update (SIS-160152)
The logic for the 'State Course ID' field on the WDE 950 Courses File has been updated to allow for two course ID types:
- SCED Based: Format=NNNNNCN.NNNN
- N = a number
- C = a letter
- OR
- College Course ID: Format = 2 to 5 letters, a single space, 4 numeric characters, an optional letter
Examples- AB 0123
- ABC 1234L
- ABCD 2345
- ABCDE 3456L
This value pulls from the State Code field under the Course Information section of the Transcript Course Editor. The field reports 'NoCourseSCED' when the State Code does not conform to either format.
