The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for September and October 2023. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2343 pack unless otherwise noted.

Oregon - SSID Extract Now Available for Returning Students (SIS-173620)
The Consolidated SSID Extract now includes an option to generate the report for returning students who have an SSID and for those students who are new to Oregon schools.
- For returning students, select the *Record Maintenance (Returning Students - Update Information) File Type.
- For new students, select the *Web Submission (New Students - SSID Request) File Type.

An issue where historical Special Ed Plans were not syncing to the state using the Resync State Data tool has been fixed.

Mobile Payments Authorization (SIS-173463)
Users were receiving authorization errors while using the Mobile Payments app. This required users to rescan the QR code in the device setup. This has been corrected.

Nevada-Special Ed Setting Reporting Updates (SIS-172997)
Students with new 2023-2024 IEP records were not reporting as expected. The new NV IEP format does not have a 'Special Ed Setting' field in the Enrollment editor. This was previously used to pull data into the Special Ed Count Day and Special Ed Exit reports. This issue has been corrected. Both reports now populate the 'Special Ed Setting' field from the 'Federal Placement Code' field designated under the Placement section of new IEPs.
