The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for July and August 2023. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2335 pack unless otherwise noted.

A previous case caused an issue with internally linked custom tabs opening with externalResource.jsp instead of plaintextURL.jsp, preventing users from accessing and using these tabs. This issue was corrected.

Localization - Kansas
Kansas - 2023-24 Reporting Updates (SIS-169830)
To meet new state guidelines for the 2023-24 school year, the KIDS TASC, KIDS KCAN and KIDS Collection extracts have been updated.
For all extracts:
- The version in the Report headers is now 19.0.
- Current Grade Level options now include Code 33: At-Risk 3 Year Old Preschooler, that maps to a State Grade Level of PR.
For KIDS Collection Extracts:
- Several fields have been modified for reporting logic and state grade mapping. See the linked article for details.
- New fields have been added: High School Credits, High School Credits Required to Graduate, Dropout Diploma Completion Virtual Student, Kansas At-Risk Program Participation, and Preschool-Aged At Risk Program Participation.
- These fields have been removed: First Instructional Date, Post-Graduation Plans, ESOL/Bilingual Program Ending Date, and State/History Gov Assessment.

Missouri Special Ed Updates (SIS-169539)
Several updates have been made to Missouri's Special Ed Documents. A new Evaluation has been added with the New Look of Campus. The print format is MO Eval 2023.
The following updates were completed in the Classic View of Campus. Updates to the IEP and ISP include:
- new print formats, MO IEP 2023 and MO ISP 2023, are now available.
- the layout of the Team Meeting editor has been updated. A Specify Other text field has also been added.
- the header on the PLAAFP editor has been updated and a link to the MAP-A guideline documentation has been added.
- the link on the Special Considerations, State Assessment Participation, Grade-level Assessment Modifications, End-of-Course (EOC) Assessment Accommodations, NAEP/International Assessments, District Wide Alt. Assess., and Form G editors for the DESE's MAP-A website have also been updated.
- additional informational verbiage has been added to the Program Mod. and Accomm. editor.

Localization - Colorado
Colorado - Non-Binary Gender Option (SIS-167960)
Students can now be identified as a non-binary gender on the Identities record. N: Non-Binary has been added to the Gender field (NOT the Legal Gender field).
State reporting extracts that report a gender have also been updated to report N:Non-Binary when assigned to a student or staff person.
Note that Colorado accepts a non-binary gender for state reporting (Data Pipeline Extract, for example), but federal reporting standards do not.

The Student Special Education Program Association (SSEPA) Resource and the Student Education Organization Responsibility Associations (SEORA) Resource now include data from older IEP Format and Evaluations.
While the AZ IEP 2023 is the current format, IEPs using the AZ IEP 2020 also report.
A Resync on all SSEPA records for all students is needed as part of this update.

Nevada Special Ed Updates (SIS-170850)
Logic has been added to the Nevada IEP that in the instance of multiple placements entered on the Placement editor, the Enrollment editor automatically updates with the Placement value that is active based on today's date and the dates entered for the placement. This value is automatically updated on the Enrollment editor as well. When a second and third placement is entered, the Start Date of the placement auto-populates to one day after the previous placement record's End Date. When the previous record's End Date is equal to the Plan's End Date, the Start Date of the new record does NOT auto-populate.
In addition, an issue where there were verbiage inconsistencies between the Special Ed Custom Form, "Consent - Release for Medicaid," and the printed IEP, Data Plan, and ISP has been fixed.

- the Serving Division-School is 600-701, 600-1241, or 600-1251, OR
- the first three characters before the hyphen (-) is NOT 600.
