Displayed Gender
Product Path: System Settings > System Preferences
Districts can determine the gender information displayed throughout Infinite Campus. A set of tools and tool rights determines what appears and to whom. A new tool right, View Gender, is being added that allows districts to restrict access to Gender information. All users in any user group will automatically have this right applied to them in the .2627 release, ensuring current functionality is not changed for users. A new tool rights user group is being added to all districts that includes all users. Only the View Gender tool right is being assigned to users in this group. This new user group ensures that any users not in a user group can still access gender information, unless the district decides to restrict it.
Previous solutions set for South Dakota and North Carolina are not affected.
Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer
Product Path: Student Information > Program Participation > Summer EBT
New Summer EBT articles are published! The Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer (Summer EBT) program provides grocery benefits to eligible school-age children while schools are out for the summer. Customers can use the Summer EBT tool, located in Student Information > Program Participation > Summer EBT, to record information about students enrolled in this program. Summer EBT is included in Student Records Transfer and National Records Exchange.
Appointments
Product Path: Student Information > General > Appointments; Attendance Office > Scanning > Staff Appointment Calendar
Appointments allow staff to set up one-time or recurring appointments with students, including the option to automatically issue hall passes to ensure students arrive on time.
Dependent Care
Product Path: Dependent Care > Administration
Dependent Care has been enhanced with several new features and updates, including the ability to create flexible sessions, where parents can select the days they need child care.
Seating Charts
Product Path: Instruction > Students > Seating Chart
The Seating Charts tool has been redesigned to improve the usability, flexibility, and accessibility of the tool. These updates were previously included in an open beta release that districts could opt into and are now generally available to all users.

Curriculum List

The Curriculum List video has been updated to incorporate several accessibility and navigation improvements made over the past year.
Tax Details Enhancement
Product Path: System Settings > Payments > Payments Setup
The Payment Setup has been updated to include a Tax Details section where users can enter an email address and view the Stripe 1099 tax form. Once users select paperless delivery, they can add an email address for 1099 communications and later access the tax form in the Tax Details section.
