This release includes upgrades to printed reports as part of our ongoing FOP project. Rather than listing updated reports for individual cases, a list of all updated reports can be found in the PDF and DOCX Report Updates article.
Release notes allow relevant personnel to review enhancements, modifications, and regulated changes prior to accepting an update. It is advised that users review the release notes carefully and alert appropriate district staff to changes in Campus.
The Release Information article lists the approximate release date of all Campus releases.

Course Rotation Planning Rule Not Following Every Other Year Availability (SIS-196436)
Courses with planning rules set to make them available every other year were not appearing as available in the correct year in students' Course Plans. This has been corrected.

Evaluate Credits From in District Edition Updated (SIS-198823)
The academic program in the district edition 'Evaluate Credits From' feature has been updated to accurately reflect the attributes published from the State. This resolves an issue where the information displayed did not match the official state records.

Academic Programs - State Managed Requires Extra Tool Right (SIS-198825)
An issue was identified in which users who had the appropriate tool rights to add a student to Graduation and Academic Programs via the Student Information > Academic Planning > Programs > Academic Programs tool were unable to do so for State Managed programs without being given additional rights. This has been corrected. Users can now add State Managed Academic programs for students without needing additional tool rights.

Credit Type Change Causing Regression of Behavior with Grading Tasks on Standards-Based Report Cards (SIS-199492)
The credit type change in the previous update caused a regression in the behavior of grading tasks on standards-based report cards, which affected the ability to properly report student grades. This has been corrected.

State Edition DIS Object Trigger Update – Test Score (SIS-189037) [Enhancement]
The logic for syncing the Test Score database object between the district and state editions was updated to send data via a database event change, in addition to the existing syncing methods of forcing a manual sync or saving on the UI.

The RES ID column in the Behavior Attendance Audit Report was formatted to improve readability.

Update State Behavior Resolution Codes (SIS-198435)
The State Behavior Resolution codes in the Core Attribute Dictionary have been updated to align with the latest state documentation. The changes are as follows:
- Codes 00: Not Applicable and 01: Unilateral Removal by School Personnel have been combined into a single code 00: N/A-Unilateral Removal.
- Code 02: Removal based on a Hearing Officer's Determination has been deactivated, as it is no longer listed in the state documentation.
These updates ensure the behavior resolution codes in the system match the current state requirements.

Error in CDR Account Creation Causing Application Performance Issues (SIS-199878)
If an error occurs during the Campus Digital Repository (CDR) lite account creation process (for districts that currently do not have an active CDR account), failure to complete it can result in severe SIS application performance issues. This issue was corrected.

Viewing Seating Charts (SIS-192418)
Previously, if a teacher created a combined seating chart for two sections in the same period, was removed as the primary teacher from one of those sections, and then made a new seating chart for the remaining section, the “Attendance” tool still showed the original seating chart for the combined sections. Logic has been updated so that combined seating charts no longer display if a teacher is removed from one of the sections.

Grades Message Filtering (SIS-194551)
The issue with the Grades Message filter not working correctly has been fixed. Teachers can now properly filter the grade message recipients based on the selected grading task, such as sending messages only to students with an 'F' grade for the Semester Grade task.

Classroom Messenger - Grades Messenger Updating Students with Future Roster Ends Prior to Term End (SIS-198340)
Previously, when teachers sent a grades message from Classroom Messenger, any students who had a Roster End Date prior to the end of the term were not included in the recipient list, along with their messenger contacts. This issue has been corrected.

Seating Charts Updates (SIS-199146) [Enhancement]
The Seating Charts tool has been redesigned to improve the usability, flexibility, and accessibility of the tool. Improvements include:
- Greater flexibility in seat placement to more closely mirror non-traditional classroom layouts and larger seating arrangements.
- Option to copy a seating chart between sections and years, allowing teachers to reuse a classroom setup rather than recreating it every term.
- Enhanced keyboard navigation.
These updates were previously included in an open beta release that districts could opt into and are now generally available to all users.
With this release, users of Positive Attendance can no longer take attendance using a seating chart. Our research showed that very few teachers used this option, choosing instead to record Positive Attendance using in list mode, which is still fully supported.

Curriculum Import Fix (SIS-199343)
Previously, the Curriculum Import tool generated an error when multiple districts attempted an import using the same app server. This issue has been corrected.

Displayed Gender: Rights, Form, and Reports (SIS-197376) [Enhancement]
Enhancements have been made to gender display options across the system's rights, forms, and reports. Users can now control what gender information is shared and with whom.

Classroom Integrations
Update to LTI 1.3 Placements (SIS-198375) [Enhancement]
Logic for LTI Placements have been updated. These placements determine where an LTI product can be viewed and launched in Campus and can be defined by a district on the LTI connection itself or by Campus. Logic has been updated to consider district-defined placements first and to function correctly for tools such as Learning Tools and My Curriculum.

Update OneRoster Assessment Results API Documentation (SIS-199273)
The OneRoster Assessment Results API documentation has been updated to remove the scoreScale field from the example data.

Update OneRoster 1.1 to Include Primary Org Data for Users in Metadata (SIS-199463) [Enhancement]
The OneRoster 1.1 API is being updated to include primary organization (org) information for users in the metadata section for students, teachers, and admin/staff users. The org returned is the school GUID of the user's primary enrollment or employment assignment. This data is available through both the list and single record endpoints for each user type. If a user has no primary enrollment or assignment, the primary org sourcedID is not returned.

The Publish to Portal button has been removed from Custom Tool Setup in State Editions because State Editions do not have a portal, and its presence could cause confusion.

Dependent Care
Dependent Care Updates Summer 2026 (SIS-196005) [Enhancement]
The following updates have been made to the Dependent Care tool:
- Invoice Updates
- Invoices are created at the Session level.
- Invoice and Billing preferences are determined during session creation.
- Users can determine if registrants are billed before or after services are rendered.
- Users have more options for the date on which the invoice is run/delivered: Weekly (select the day of the week) or Monthly (1st, 15th, or last day of the month).
- Emergency Contacts are synced with Census. This means that updates made in Census are reflected in Dependent Care.
- Member Credits
- Credits can be added at a member level.
- The total balance of credits available for a student display student records.
- Invoices pull in what is needed from available credits.

New Migrant Workflow tools are now available for California districts. This new program replaces the current Migrant program record and introduces three new tools to track Migrant students more effectively.
- Migrant Eligibility captures information for students whose parents or guardians frequently move in search of work or better living conditions.
- Migrant Enrollment enables districts to record and report information about ** individual students' enrollment in a Migrant Program.
- Migrant Services provides a way to enter and display records of program-related services a student has received.
The current Migrant program record remains for historical purposes for the time being, but is now read-only. Existing migrant data has been converted to the new tools. Any new Migrant records that need to be recorded for students should be done in the new tooling.

This issue has been resolved. The ALP Credit Report logic has been updated to exclude student records when the enrollment is not active as of the Effective Date specified in the report editor.

North Carolina – UID Assignment for Future Enrollment (SIS-198658)
An error occurred when assigning a UID to a student with a future enrollment in the Student Locator. This has been corrected.
- A UID can be assigned to a student when they have a future enrollment.
- A student who already has a UID can be given a future enrollment without any issues.
- A student does not need a current enrollment in order to have a UID or have a future enrollment.

North Carolina – UID Synchronization (SIS-198890)
The assignment process and synchronization for student UIDs have been automated and are now automatically shared with NC DPI.
An update is automatically sent when important student information is changed, including:
- Student demographics (such as name, gender, or birthdate)
- Race and ethnicity updates
- Enrollment changes (grade, status, start/end dates)
- Changes to a student’s primary enrollment
- Removal of an active enrollment
Updates are processed regularly in the background for real-time synchronization. Multiple changes for the same student are combined into a single update.
The initial assignment of a student's UID has not changed. UID updates are not sent during the school year rollover process, per DPI.

The message size of the Student Academic Record object has been reduced to prevent errors from occurring.

Oklahoma – SIF Unity Staff Assignment Event for Inactive District Employment Records (SIS-199265)
When a staff member's employment is ended, the system now generates a StaffAssignment SIF event to properly update the record. This resolves issues where inactive staff assignments could not be cleared, as the necessary SIF events were not being sent.

Pennsylvania Academic and Graduation Programs Dictionary Update (SIS-198790)

Pennsylvania SUN Bucks Report Updates (SIS-198909)
Two updates were made to the Pennsylvania SUN Bucks report:
- The CSV format was converted to CSV UTF-8 encoding.
- The five name fields (Student First Name, Student Middle Name, Student Last Name, Primary Parent/Guardian First Name, and Primary Parent/Guardian Last Name) now allow special diacritic characters. These are characters for accents over certain letters, changing their pronunciation.

Rhode Island
Rhode Island – Enrollment Census Discipline Extract - Duration Time (SIS-198506)
The logic for determining the duration of a Behavior Resolution was different between the Enrollment Census Discipline Extract and the Resolution Detail in Behavior Management, causing an incorrect value for the Duration in School Days field.
The State Report has been updated to report the value entered in the Duration in School Days field instead of calculating the duration from the start and end dates of the behavior resolution.

South Dakota – State Seal of Biliteracy Options (SIS-199140)
South Dakota Graduation Endorsement and State Seal options have been updated, as follows:

- 5: State Seal of Biliteracy - Silver has been added

South Dakota Special Ed IEP with Transition Updates (SIS-199350)
A print issue in which the Date Completed displayed the same date as the Date Initiated from the Transition Services/Coordinated Set of Activities editor was fixed. Also, the Goal and Goal Name (from the Educational Goals and Objectives editor) now both display on the printed document.

Vermont Immunization Typo Fix (SIS-199306)

Wisconsin Local Health Department Report Update (SIS-194743)
Two updates were made to the Wisconsin Local Health Department report:
- An issue was fixed in which students with all waivers for only required vaccines were reported incorrectly in Sections C or D.
- A new Total Enrollment row was added for grade 12 students to report the total count of 12th-grade students included in the report.
