Accessibility
Accessibility – Notifications Region/Menu Improvements (SIS-177203)
To improve the accessibility of the Notifications menu/region, the following updates were made:
- Messages and Notifications in the panel are now h2
- For the notifications toggle aria-label, when there are no notifications it reads “Notifications. When there is one notification, it reads as “1 unread notification”. When 2 or more notifications exist, it reads as “X unread notifications”.
- The blue "Mark as Read/Unread" button for each notification now has an aria-label and a tooltip for "Mark as Read/Unread" depending on the state
- Each notification is wrapped in a div with role="group" and an aria-label

Accessibility – Tooltip Issues Corrected for Nav Header Buttons (SIS-177306)
To improve the accessibility of nav header buttons, the following updates were made:
- “aria-hidden” will no longer appear on any buttons
- “aria-describedby” is only present if a button’s tooltip is showing
- Screenreaders are able to read both the label text and the tooltip text.

Activity Registration
Activity Registration Maintenance (SIS-176648)
The following updates have been made to the Activity Registration tool:
- The preapproval returned Comments button would not open if the returned form was open or saved. This has been corrected.
- Fixed an error occurring in Activity Registration Roll Forward.
- An error occurred when creating an activity if a module was selected before dates. This has been corrected.
- An info icon in the Activity Builder was unable to be closed. This has been corrected.
- Preapproval Comments were unable to be closed after being opened. This has been corrected.

Assessment
Save and Batch Test Updated (SIS-176595) [Enhancement]
The 'Save & Batch Test' functionality under Step 4-Test Mapping in the Assessment Center has been enhanced. Users can select the 'Save & Batch Test' button, navigate away from the tool, and later return with a seamless progression to Step 5-Import Data. This occurs only when the source file and mapping configuration have not changed, and the previous batch test has a status of 'Completed'. An information toast message displays stating:
- "Save & Batch Test was run and completed. Review the results before moving to Step 5-Import Data".

Missing Indicator Displaying for Student Identifiers (SIS-176654)
There was an issue with the MISSING indicator displaying next to 'Student Identifier' on Step 3 of the Assessment Center when a user unmapped the 'Student Identifier' field selected on Step 2 and then selected the Apply Fuzzy Matching Logic button. This prevented users from progressing to Step 4 until they manually mapped the data for that column. This issue has been corrected.

Proficiency Data Not Displaying for Student Assessments (SIS-176908)
Users reported issues with proficiency data not displaying on students' assessments. This has been corrected. Logic for the options that populate in the Proficiency Level droplist on the Student Assessment page has been updated. Proficiency level items load values from their associated proficiency level groups. The proficiency levels created for the test via the Assessment Center load when there is no proficiency level item.

Calendars
Calendar Wizard - Inactive Fees Rolling Forward (SIS-175580)
Fees that were not marked active were found to be rolling forward when new calendars were created using the rolling forward option and selecting Fees as one of the attributes. This has been corrected to not roll forward inactive fees.

Delete Calendar Not Deleting Calendars (SIS-176386)
When using the Delete Calendar option during higher traffic areas for a large number of period schedules, the delete calendar failed and logged an error but when viewing the process in the product, there was no indication that there was a failure.
Additional checks have been added to the code to resolve this issue.
As a reminder, large database calls like deleting calendars should be done after hours.

Dashboard Not Refreshing Data (SIS-176886)
There was an issue with the Aggregation Dashboard displaying default data that was different from the default information in the Insights reports. This has been corrected. The data displayed in the Aggregation Dashboard matches the data in the same report when viewed directly as expected.

Flagged Assignments Report Optimized (SIS-176888)
The Insights Flagged Assignments Report loaded very slowly or failed due to query timeout for some large districts. This issue has been corrected. The Flagged Assignments Report loads large data sets without significant delay and is viewable in the Aggregation Dashboard.

For District Edition users, the ‘User Access to the New Look of Campus (Try New Look)’ system preference has been updated to include a new option of “Use New Look Only”. When set, all users logging into Infinite Campus are forced to use the New Look of Infinite Campus and cannot toggle back to using Classic Campus.
This preference is useful for districts whose staff were trained in the New Look, exclusively use the New Look and/or only want to support one version of Infinite Campus.

User Account Tool Redesigned to Incorporate All Aspects of an Account (SIS-168441) [Enhancement]
The User Account tool has been completely redesigned to simplify setting up and managing an account by merging Tool Rights, Calendar Rights, User Groups, and the Access Log into the tool.
User Account is now a one-stop shop where users can setup and manage a user account’s credentials, authentication type, product security roles, access information, user group membership, tool rights, and calendar rights without having to leaving the tool.
Users can also view the Access Log, Calendar Rights Summary, and Tool Rights Summary as well as trigger a password reset, reset the account settings, disable the account, and login as the user (for users with the proper Product Security Role).

Arizona - Updates to the Ed-Fi State ID Tool (SIS-174944)
The following updates have been made to the Generate State IDs process when using the Ed-Fi State ID Tool:
- When no match is found, a new Create button displays. An Ed-Fi ID is created and assigned to the student. Previously, this ID creation was automatic; now, the Create button needs to be selected.
- Once these IDs have been created, they are assigned a status of No Search Results. Choose the Clear Rejected/Stuck Requests to remove that status.
- The similarity score requirement has been changed from 95% to 100%.

Guardian information was reporting incorrectly on the CALPADS Student Information Extract. Previously, when a student has three guardians plus a non-household guardian, the non-household guardian was reporting as Guardian 1 and Highest Education 1.
Now, Guardian 1 and Guardian 2 and their assigned Highest Education level report from the Primary Household first, then the Secondary Household guardians, then non-household guardians third. In addition, when there is only one guardian for the student, the other guardian fields report blank.

A new incident type, “Cannabis” has been created to report disciplinary incidents involving student possession or use of cannabis, as defined by MN Statutes, Chapter 342, excluding medical cannabinoids, and has been added to the Behavior State Event Code dictionary for MN.
The Behavior State Resolution Code dictionary has also been updated to replace ""Offender withdrew from school"" with the following two values:
- Student withdrew from school - without pupil withdrawal agreement
- Student withdrew from school - with pupil withdrawal agreement

Missouri

Missouri Attendance Calculation and Attendance Audit Report Updates (SIS-174723)
Previously, attendance in Missouri was calculating based on instructional minutes instead of membership hours. This means students not rostered full time in a school were calculating as less than 100 percent attendance. Also, Calendar duration minutes were not being considered for the attendance calculations. For example, if a school day was reduced to a half due to snow, students were calculating as 50 percent for attendance instead of 100 percent for attending all hours the school was open.
With this case, the Calendar Duration Minutes and Membership Hours are now used in the attendance calculations. Membership Hours are now calculated based on each student's schedule. Also, the Regulars Hours Attended and Regular Hours Absent fields are now used as overrides for students not rostered into the school. The ADA and ADM calculations are now calculating correctly based on these changes.
The Include Remedial Hours in ADA calculation checkbox has been removed from the Attendance Audit Report extract editor. With the update to the attendance calculations, membership is the same for all students and remedial hours does not impact the calculation anymore.

Oregon - Cumulative ADM Report Calculation for Session Days, End Date Code (SIS-176024)
The following modifications to the ADM Session Days Calculation, the ADM End Date, and the ADM End Date Code fields have been made to the Cumulative ADM Report:
ADM Session Days
For Program Types 01 and 15, the number of dates marked as both Instructional AND Attendance taking in the calendar are calculated from the student's Calendar Start Date where the student enrolled to either the End Date entered on the extract editor or the Calendar End Date, whichever comes first.
Calculations for other program types has not changed.
ADM End Date
This field reports the End Date entered on the extract editor only when the student has not exited the enrollment during the reporting range.
ADM End Date Code
For Program Type 01, ALL students reporting the derived end date (entered on the extract editor) report a value of 1A.

- Disciplinary Reason Code 50: For purposes of a threat of mass violence, the following definitions apply:
(1) “Mass violence” means any act which a reasonable person would conclude could lead to the serious bodily injury, as defined in § 39-11-106, or the death of two (2) or more persons; (2) “Means of communication” means direct and indirect verbal, written, or electronic communications, including graffiti, pictures, diagrams, telephone calls, voice over internet protocol calls, video messages, voice mails, electronic mail, social media posts, instant messages, chat group posts, text messages, and any other recognized means of conveying information; (3) “School” means any public or private elementary school, middle school, high school, college of applied technology, postsecondary vocational or technical school, or two-year or four-year college or university; and (4) “School property” means any school building or bus, school campus, grounds, recreational area, athletic field, or other property owned, used, or operated by any local education agency, private school board of trustees, or directors for the administration of any school.
