Advanced Measures (Texas)

The Advanced Measures tool allows users to record and manage student achievements that contribute to Texas accountability, College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR), and performance acknowledgment reporting. Advanced measures may include accomplishments such as industry-based certifications, licensures, and other Texas Education Agency (TEA)-recognized indicators that demonstrate student readiness beyond standard academic requirements.

Read - View Advanced Measures records.
Write - Edit existing Advanced Measures records.
Add - Add new Advanced Measures records.
Delete - Remove Advanced Measures records.

Add an Advanced Measures record

  1. Click New to open the Advanced Measures detail screen.
  2. Enter the Date (required).
  3. Select the relevant Advanced Measure (required) for the student. 
  4. Add comments if needed.
  5. Click Save when finished.
  6. Modify existing records by clicking anywhere in the appropriate record row and making the necessary adjustments. Save when finished.
