Tool Search: GATE Report
The GATE Report is a list of all students that were designated as Gifted and Talented or Highly Gifted and Talented within the school year. This report and its associated elements are reported as designated by the Nevada Department of Education.

Report Logic
- Students report when
- a Service Type of P is on their enrollment within the Date Range and Calendar selected on the editor report, and
- they have a Gifted Status of GT or HG.
- Students must have an active enrollment on the Effective Date AND an active Gifted and Talented Identified Date on or before the Effective Date selected on the extract editor.
- Students with the Gifted Status TG are NOT included in the extract.
Report Editor
Option | Description |

| Effective Date | Students with an active enrollment record as of this date will report. |
| Format | Determines the format for the report: CSV, PDF, or HTML. Use the State Format (CSV) when submitting the final data. |

| Ad Hoc Filter | Selection includes only those students included in the filter. |
| Calendars | Selected calendar indicates which students will be included in the report. Multiple calendars can be selected at one time; it is recommended that all calendars in a district not be selected as this will increase the amount of time it takes to generate the extract. The calendar chosen in the Campus toolbar is already selected. |
| Generate Report | Displays the selected calendar information and extract immediately for review and printing in one of the selected formats. |
| Submit to Batch | Delays the extract generation to a designated time. See the Batch Queue article for more information. |
