- The Ad hoc filter could be removed from approved activities on the Upcoming tab. This issue was corrected.
- Students with multiple enrollments that did not have overlapping dates in the same school and year were unable to post to course section rosters. This issue was corrected and now students can be posted to a roster in their current school unless the correct enrollment can't be identified due to other concurrent enrollments.

Three tools to make batch edits have been added to the portal Display Options:
- Copy Templates: allows users to copy a template from the source school to the destination school(s). The copied template can either be a new template in the destination school(s) or overwrite an existing template.
- Edit Templates: allows users to update display options templates for multiple schools en masse, such as turning on the Grades tool for all high schools.
- Edit Calendar and Term Settings: allows users to update Calendar and Term Settings for multiple schools en masse, such as switching schools to their grading period display options templates.

Data Extract Utility SFTP Key Exchange Manager Added (SIS-141352) [Enhancement]
The Data Extract Utility SFTP Key Exchange Manager is now available. This tool allows administrators to upload their SFTP Server Public Key, download the client SFTP Public Key, and refresh the keypair between Infinite Campus and their server(s), providing a more secure connection between Infinite Campus and third-party systems. This tool also allows users delete and replace expired keys.
Once a key(s) is configured, SFTP configurations within the Data Extract Utility have a new SFTP Key Exchange checkbox (which you would mark if you are using the key exchange) and an SFTP Key Exchange Configuration dropdown menu where you select the key to be used.

The Enrollment Status Report now includes a Gender Identity checkbox. When marked, a student's gender is included in the generated print of the report for all report formats; when not marked, a student's gender is NOT included in the generated print of the report.
Also, the Add Date and the Drop Date columns on the print format have been renamed to Start Date and End Date.

- An error message was displaying on the Fees tool when users tried to pay a fee that was exempt from Fee Maximums and the fee was the only fee assigned to the student.

Voiding a Multiple Fee Payment Fixed (SIS-154336)
When a single payment paid multiple fees then the payment was made void, Campus was creating multiple identical deposits. For example, a $15 payment that paid a $10 fee and a $5 fee was creating two $10 deposits and two $5 deposits when the payment was voided and the "Create Deposit" option was selected at the time of the void. This issue was corrected.

Fee Billing Batch Report Performance Update and Household Fee Max Corrections (SIS-154340)
The Fee Billing Batch Report, also called the Batch Fee Billing Statement report, was including the household fee maximum adjustment amount in the student fee maximum amount. The household fee maximum adjustment amount was also listed separately which caused the balance to display incorrectly. This issue was corrected. The Fee Billing Batch Report was also optimized for improved performance.
The household fee maximum adjustment was displaying after the household maximum was paid. It was also being used in the balance calculation which caused the balance to be negative. This issue was corrected.

- A Deposit Request Summary was added as the first page and provides the bank account, the Deposit Request Date and the amount of the deposit.
- The Payment Method column was removed and the following columns were added: Recipient and Payment Reference Number. The Payment Reference Number was added to help users manually calculate the payment from which the fee(s) originated and verify the fee allocation.
- The columns on the report were rearranged to the following order: Fund ID, Fund Description, Payer Name, Recipient, Payment Reference Number and Amount (sorted in ascending order from left to right).
- The Fund ID column was added to the Fund Totals section and will display in ascending order. Previously, the Fund Description column was displaying the Fund ID. This issue was corrected.
- The Transaction Fee column was renamed "Transaction Flat Fee."
- The Transaction Flat Fee calculation was updated. Previously, the report was splitting the transaction fees evenly between the funds. Now, the column reports the actual fund allocation from the database for the Transaction Fees within the report.
- The Merchant Flat Fee column was renamed "Merchant Fees."
- The calculation for the Merchant Fees column was updated to pull the actual fund allocation from the database for the merchant fees within the report. This column now shows 5 decimal places to more accurately reflect the amount from the database. Previously, the report was using the gross amount from the report to calculate the Merchant Fees.
- The Adjust In Total and Adjust Out Total now display below the Merchant Fee column.
Payments Reporter Fix
Previously, when the Payments Reporter was exported via PDF, the export was adding one day to the End Date entered. This issue was corrected.

Manual Update Required
The POS auto updater stopped working with POS 2.7.0. This issue was corrected; however, customers on POS 2.7.0 or 2.8.0 should manually update POS 2.0 for every user on each terminal after updating to Campus.2215. Customers on POS 2.7.1 and POS 2.8.1 do NOT need to complete the manual update. If you have multiple terminals to update, consider saving the ""Campus Point of Sale Setup 2.9.2.exe"" file to a jump drive for ease of use. Once you complete the manual update process, POS 2.0 will automatically update with each Campus release going forward and you will not be required to manually update the terminal again. POS 2.0 - Terminal Authorization (SIS-154732) [Enhancement]
To prevent users from using the URL from another district to load district data on the terminal, a new ""District Secret"" was added. During the initial setup of a terminal, districts must copy the District Secret from Point of Sale > Administration > Terminals > Get District Secret and paste it into the District Secret field on the POS Terminal Admin screen's Configurations section. This authorizes the terminal to pull data from Campus.
If your district is currently using POS 2.0, you do not need to enter the District Secret immediately. However, you will need to enter the District Secret the next time you change the terminal configuration in the POS Terminal Admin.

New School Store Summary Report and Notification (SIS-152921) [Enhancement]
The School Store Summary Report is now available for districts to review the items that were purchased on a specific day. Districts can also set up a School Store Notification for the new School Store Summary Report. Currently, the notification is a daily email that includes a PDF version of the report. The process for sending the daily email starts at 12:00 AM local time every day and reports all purchases from the previous day. For the daily email to be sent, the required fields must be set up in the Email Settings tool and the Allow Email Attachments checkbox must be marked. To receive a notification, recipients must be assigned tool rights to the School Store Summary Report, have the Staff checkbox marked and have an Email address entered in the Messenger Preferences Contact Reasons of the Demographics tool.

SSO Service Provider Configuration Tool Updated to Allow for Multiple Concurrent IDPs (SIS-146779) [Enhancement]
The SSO Service Provider Configuration tool has been updated to now allow for multiple, concurrent IDPs/configurations.
This is especially useful for districts with a need to enable more than one SSO configuration, such as those where one IDP is used for staff logins and another IDP is used for student and parent logins. When two or more SSO configurations are enabled, the SSO Login button on the Infinite Campus login screen changes, allowing the person to select which IDP to use before logging in.
To lessen confusion, the following new settings were added to the SSO Service Provider Configuration tool to allow you to hide specific SSO configurations from specific login screens:
- Turn off this SSO configuration for the Parent Portal
- Turn off this SSO configuration for the Student Portal
- Turn off this SSO configuration for the Main Login page
For example, if a specific SSO configuration should only be used by staff members, marking the ‘Turn off this SSO configuration for the Parent Portal’ and ‘Turn off this SSO configuration for the Student Portal’ checkboxes would ensure parents and students would not see this option on their respective login screens.

Colorado - P-EBT Extract (SIS-153206)
The P-EBT Extract has been updated to include recent changes approved by the State of Colorado for the 21-22 school year.
- The Start and End Date fields on the report editor have been removed. In their place is a Submission field, which allows users to generate the report for Semester 1 (August through December) or Semester 2 (January through May).
- Several new fields have been added that include Entry Date, Exit Withdraw Date, Non-School Program Code, FRLP Eligibility Date, Excused Absence Indicators, and Remote/Learning totals.
- The Student's Primary Mailing County Code field (field 22) has been removed.
- Logic for Free/Reduced Price Lunch Eligible (field 23) has been modified to now report the selected code on the student's FRAM Eligibility record.

Logic for reporting International Baccalaureate (IB), Advanced Placement (AP) has been modified to report two identical lines when the subject is English/Math - one line for English with a value of 0 and one line for Math with a value of 1.
Logic for reporting Concurrent Enrollment (CE) Guidelines has been modified. When the All Guidelines checkbox is not marked, all CE records for the student in the selected year are reported. When the All Guidelines checkbox is marked, all CE records for the student from ALL years are reported.
The School Code field reports data from the most recent enrollment closest to the end date of the report generation when the student has a SPED Attendance Code. For all other students, the school number reports from the most current enrollment or the most recent enrollment as of the Effective Date.

Kentucky Special Ed Updates (SIS-152231)
Several updates have been made to the Kentucky IEP:
- When an IEP has a start day of exactly 12/1/XXXX, both the preschool (03) codes AND school aged (06) codes display on the Enrollment Status editor.
- A warning displays upon saving the Enrollment Status editor.
- The Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Educator (IECE) option has been added to the list of Service Positions on the Service Positions editor.
Several updates have been made to the Kentucky PSP:
- A new print format, K-Grade 14 KY PSP 22, is now available.
- A warning message has been added to the Enrollment editor for students in Preschool (grades 95-99), "Under Kentucky law preschoolers in private schools are not eligible for service plans. Please create an IEP for this student if you choose to provide services."
Several updates have been made to the Kentucky ILPA:
- A new print format, KY ILPA 2022, is now available.
- The End Date on the Plan Information editor no longer auto-populates based off the Anticipated Date of Transition.
- Two decimals are now allowed in the Total Credits Earned field on the Plan Information editor.
- When the Individual Learning Plan option is selected on the Student Records editor, a Description text box displays. Several checkboxes have been added and there were also several verbiage updates to this editor.

The Student Daily Attendance Extract was incorrectly including records for students not scheduled into an attendance taking course. To correct this issue, selection criteria for the report has been updated to include the following:
- Reports an attendance record per enrolled student per scheduled instructional date in the reporting range.
- Only report attendance records for instructional dates on or within the extract editor Start and End Date range.
- One record per student/per scheduled instructional date
- Do not report:
- Days NOT flagged School, Instruction, and Attendance
- Days the student is not rostered into at least one course marked for attendance.
Also, an update was made to ensure that if an Ad hoc filter is used when generate the report, the State Grade Level field is automatically set to All Grades and cannot be modified.

- The Effective Date field is now required. The default date is June 30 of the current school year but can be changed.

Maryland - Student Record Card 4 Updates (SIS-153328)
- Page numbers (out of total pages) and the student name were added to each report output page per student.

Montana – Montana Edition Behavior Import/Extract Created (SIS-151010) [Enhancement]
A new Behavior Import and Extract is now available on the Montana Edition of Infinite Campus. This import was created to provide districts who are not currently using Infinite Campus District Edition the ability to import State required and tracked student behavior data for their district.
For assistance in debugging issues when importing behavior data, users can run the Montana Edition Behavior Extract to see a report of behavior data as it exists in the Infinite Campus database.

A new field called ‘Attendance Type’ has been added to the Course Info editor. This field indicates if the student has an attendance validated or learner validated enrollment status. This field has also been added to Ad hoc reporting (Course.wblCourseType).
The SIF StudentSchoolEnrollment/EnrollmentValidationType extended element has been added. This element reports based on the following logic:
- For each course the student has been enrolled in the enrollment calendar on and between the enrollment Start Date and enrollment End Date (or calendar End Date when enrollment End Date is null), report based on the Code selected in the Attendance Type field:
- When all courses the student has been enrolled during the enrollment have Attendance Type = null, report this element as null: <EnrollmentValidationType/>
- When all courses the student has been enrolled during the enrollment have Attendance Type = A: 100% Attendance Validated, OR A and null, report "A".
