Tool Search: ISEP Certification Status

The BIE ISEP Certification Status Report is used to determine which BIE schools have completed ISEP Certification and which schools still need to complete certification as determined by the ISEP Management Table.

Report Logic

This extract is only available in the BIE State Edition. It uses the following reporting logic:

One record is reported for each calendar selected on the extract editor to which the user has calendar rights.

The report is run by Calendar, Calendar Type, Education Resources Center (ERC), BIE School Type (Region), or a combination of these.

Report Order:

End Year (latest year first)
Certification Status (Y then N)
BIE School Type (Region) (alphabetical)
Education Resource Center (ERC) (alphabetical/numeric)
School (alphabetical)
Calendar (alphabetical/numeric)

Calendar Type	Both (default) I: Instructional R: Residential
Certification Status	Both (default) Certified Not Certified
Format	Indicates how the report generates: PDF (default) Comma Separated (CSV)
All Calendars	Enables selection of all Calendars available in the Calendar Selector for report generation when checked.
Calendar Selector	Selection of at least one calendar is required. Defaults to the Calendar selected in the Campus Toolbar.
Generate Report	To display the results of the report immediately, click the Generate Report button. To display the results of the report at a later time, click the Submit to Batch button. The Batch Queue tool is used by some districts /states to generate large, system-intense reports. This tool helps prevent report time-out errors and/or system performance issues. See the Batch Queue article for more information.

Generate the Extract

Select the desired Educational Resource Center(s), BIE School Type(s), Calendar Type(s), and Calendar(s). The report can be generated based on a combination of these.
Select the Certification Status.
Select the Format.
Click the Generate Report button. The report will appear in a separate window in the designated format.

BIE Region	The BIE School Type (Region) for the calendar being reported. Certified	Reports 'Y' if the date is filled in on the ISEP Certification Table for the calendar being reported. Report 'N' if the date is not filled in on the ISEP certification table for the calendar being reported.	System Administration > Calendar > ISEP Mgmt
ISEP Date	The date the ISEP Certification was completed. Reports the date from ISEP table if Certified = Y. The date field should be the same for all records in a calendar. However, if there are multiple dates for the same calendar, the most recent date. is selected. Reports null if Certified = N.	System Administration > Calendar > ISEP Mgmt
