The BIE ISEP Certification Status Report is used to determine which BIE schools have completed ISEP Certification and which schools still need to complete certification as determined by the ISEP Management Table.

This extract is only available in the BIE State Edition. It uses the following reporting logic:
One record is reported for each calendar selected on the extract editor to which the user has calendar rights.
The report is run by Calendar, Calendar Type, Education Resources Center (ERC), BIE School Type (Region), or a combination of these.

Enables selection of all Calendars available in the Calendar Selector for report generation when checked.
Calendar Selector
Selection of at least one calendar is required. Defaults to the Calendar selected in the Campus Toolbar.
Generate Report
To display the results of the report immediately, click the Generate Report button.
To display the results of the report at a later time, click the Submit to Batch button. The Batch Queue tool is used by some districts /states to generate large, system-intense reports. This tool helps prevent report time-out errors and/or system performance issues. See theBatch Queuearticle for more information.
Generate the Extract
Select the desired Educational Resource Center(s), BIE School Type(s), Calendar Type(s), and Calendar(s). The report can be generated based on a combination of these.
Select the Certification Status.
Select the Format.
Click the Generate Report button. The report will appear in a separate window in the designated format.

Reports the date from ISEP table if Certified = Y. The date field should be the same for all records in a calendar. However, if there are multiple dates for the same calendar, the most recent date. is selected.
