Custom Forms updates
Custom Forms initiated from Portal
Product Path: Student Information > Custom Forms and Custom Modules > Custom Form Setup
Custom Forms can be configured to allow guardians and students to initiate the form process in the Portal. This includes new settings in the Custom Forms Setup tool. Form statuses were also updated to clarify those requiring intervention.
Student Form Center tool added
Product Path: Student Information > Custom Forms and Custom Modules > Student Form Center
A new Student Form Center tool was added as a centralized dashboard for forms. This tool allows form administrators to easily find forms that require intervention, including those initiated from the Portal.
Also, with this update, all custom form tools were moved to a new folder location in the UI: Student Information > Custom Forms and Custom Modules. This includes the Custom Form Batch Setup, Custom Form Setup, Custom Module Setup, and Student Form Center tools.
