Health Office staff use the Conditions tool to record all the medical conditions that have been reported for a student. Treatments given in school for a reported condition can also be recorded here.

The Conditions available to select for a student are usually set up as part of a district's implementation. An Administrator or Health Administrator may be responsible for future maintenance of condition information in the Condition Setup tool.
