Calendar Wizard
Calendar Wizard - Rolling Display Options Templates (SIS-152483)
Previously, options were added to the Calendar Wizard that allowed users to roll the Display Options templates and other Portal settings with the calendar. However, these options were not added to the copy/append feature of the Calendar Wizard. This tool has been updated to remove the Portal Display Options Template Assignment from the Calendar Wizard and automatically roll the template assignment when a new calendar is created via the Roll Forward Wizard. Additionally, the Portal Calendar Settings and Portal Term Settings options have been added to the copy/append feature in the Calendar Wizard for use after the initial roll.

Payments Notification for Deposit Request Report (SIS-148981) [Enhancement]
Districts can now set up a Payments Notification for the Deposit Request Report. Currently, the notification is a daily email that includes a PDF version of the Deposit Request Report. The daily email is sent on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings. Only users assigned tool rights to the Deposit Request Report may be assigned to receive this email.

Update for Deposit Total Across Reports (SIS-150873)
The Deposit Total on the Deposit Detail Report was different than the Deposit Total on the exported report in the Payments Reporter. This issue was corrected and the Deposit Totals are now the same. As part of this case, a new filter called "Show Full Value" was added to the Payments Reporter. When this toggle is set to ON, the Deposit Amount displays with 5 decimal places.

The Duplicate IDs Report has been modified to have a new look and to provide users with the ability to submit feedback.
This report is available for District Edition and State Edition users. For State Edition users, choosing a single district in the Campus toolbar prints the district name and district number in the report header, and only looks at data from the selected district in the Campus toolbar.

An enhancement has been made to the header of multiple BIE PDF and DOCX reports containing PII. PII (Personally Identifying Information) is private or sensitive information that can be used to personally identify or personally contact an individual. To protect privacy, any BIE PDF or DOCX report that contains PII will include the following statement in the report header: “CONTROLLED: This page contains PII and should be handled to protect privacy.”
Due to the amount of core and customized reports available, this will be an ongoing process.

Student Record Cards have taken the following updates:
- New extract editor layout to include a Select Students section. This section includes two additional filtering options to generate the report:
- Grade - narrows report results to only include students in the selected grade levels. Only grades 03-12 are included.
- State Student ID - Limits search results to only include student's matching the State Student IDs entered. This field allows for multiple IDs to be entered if separated by a comma.
- Middle Name and Generational Suffix (Jr., Sr., II, etc.) have been added to all sides of Student Record Cards 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7.
- As-of Date has been added to side 1 of Record Card 7 to report the student’s enrollment end date.

- When any of the following conditions are met, report 03:

- When student has a (latest) score that is not mapped to 21,22, 23, 40 or 50 in a Grading Task or Standard with State Reported and Final = Checked and Roster End Date is null or is <= the state reporting date

Ohio - Student SPED Graduation Requirement (FE) Update (SIS-151229)
The Report Logic for the FE extract has been updated. First, the logic looks at the IEP with the earliest Start Date within the school year. A record reports for any exemptions marked as Y based on existing exemption logic if the Start Date falls within the extract reporting window. For this record, if IEP is marked as Initial or Annual Review, reports the Meeting Date. If IEP is marked as Transfer, reports Transfer Date. If IEP is marked as Amendment, reports Start Date. Next, the logic looks for any plans prior to the reported plan. If the student has a previous IEP, the logic compares current exemptions with the most recent previous IEP (date considered is based on the type of the IEP, as described above). If there are any exemptions marked in the previous IEP that are not marked in the current one, a record reports as N for each exemption. Finally, the logic looks for any plans after the earliest IEP in the school year. If there are subsequent IEPs, exemptions are again compared and records report for any differences.
