The Behavior Management Tool allows users with the appropriate tool rights to manage existing behavior as well as enter new behavior incidents.

Indicates why an ESI was used.

Options are:

  • A: Immediate and Significant Threat to Adult
  • O: Other
  • P: Immediate and Significant Threat to Another Student or Child
  • S: Immediate and Significant Threat to Self    
Ad Hoc Inquiries: Student > Behavior > BehaviorResponse > responseReason

ESI Outcome
Indicates the outcome(s) of the incident. More than one outcome may apply. 

Options are:

  • A: Assessment   
  • C- Current supports/services    
  • E: External agency/professional   
  • I: Internal Support    
  • O: Other
  • P: Plan   
  • T: Training
