The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for March and April 2022. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2215 pack unless otherwise noted.

Ed-Fi Update to Improve Schedule Wizard Performance (SIS-155383)
The Schedule Wizard was previously taking a long time to launch or save changes when Ed-Fi was turned on. Updates were made in the query to no longer check Trials related to Excluded Calendars and Schools which improved the Schedule Wizard performance.

User Rights Summary Not Generating from User Groups Tab (SIS-155280)
A bug is preventing the User Rights Summary from generating on a user’s User Groups tab. This issue was corrected.

Indiana - Ed-Fi Student Special Education Program Associations Reporting Updates (SIS-154419)
The reporting logic in the Student Special Education Program Associations resource has been updated to send a record for students with a locked IEP and an ideaEligibility of True.
Special education program data will no longer be reported in the Student Program Associations resource.
A resync on the Student Special Education Program Associations resource needs to be completed with this update.

Fees
Fee Tool Not Displaying (SIS-154246)
The Fees tool was not displaying when the payment had a creator ID set to zero in the Campus database. The Fees tool was also not displaying when payment information in the Campus database referenced a person that did not exist. These issues were corrected.

Fee Billing Batch Report Performance Update and Household Fee Max Corrections (SIS-154340)
The Fee Billing Batch Report, also called the Batch Fee Billing Statement report, was including the household fee maximum adjustment amount in the student fee maximum amount. The household fee maximum adjustment amount was also listed separately which caused the balance to display incorrectly. This issue was corrected. The Fee Billing Batch Report was also optimized for improved performance.
The household fee maximum adjustment was displaying after the household maximum was paid. It was also being used in the balance calculation which caused the balance to be negative. This issue was corrected.

Corrections Made to the Fee Audit Report and the Fee Receivable Summary Report (SIS-154577)
The Fee Audit Report was displaying balances incorrectly and the Fee Receivable Summary Report was showing Fee Maximum adjustments when there were none and not showing the Fee Maximum adjustment when there was an adjustment. These issues were corrected.

Corrections for Fee Maximums (SIS-154265)
The following issues with Fee Maximums were corrected.
- An error message was displaying on the Fees tool when users tried to pay a fee that was exempt from Fee Maximums and the fee was the only fee assigned to the student.
- Students were not included on the Fee Receivable Summary Report when the only fees assigned to them were marked as Exempt from Fee Maximums.
- Fees marked as Exempt from Fee Maximums were not displaying in Campus Parent or Campus Student.

Voiding a Multiple Fee Payment Fixed (SIS-154336)
When a single payment paid multiple fees then the payment was made void, Campus was creating multiple identical deposits. For example, a $15 payment that paid a $10 fee and a $5 fee was creating two $10 deposits and two $5 deposits when the payment was voided and the "Create Deposit" option was selected at the time of the void. This issue was corrected.

Fixed Household Maximums in Campus Parent (SIS-154237)
If the Student Fee Maximum was set to 0 (or left undefined) and the Household Fee Maximum was given a value, the Fees tool was not displaying the correct Household Maximum adjustments in Campus Parent. This issue was corrected.

Users Unable to Assign Tool Rights to Custom Tools in New Look of Infinite Campus (SIS-154668)
After using the Custom Tool Placement Editor to place a custom tool(s) within the navigation of the New Look of Infinite Campus, users were unable to assign tool rights for these tools unless navigating back to Classic Campus. This issue was corrected.

The Effective Start Date on the CALPADS Student Information Extract CANNOT be earlier than the entered Previous Submission Date. If there is no Previous Submission Date entered, the Effective Start Date CANNOT be earlier than the start date of the school year.

Indiana - Ed-Fi Attendance and Sessions Performance Updates (SIS-154624)
Updates have been made to the Student School Attendance Event and Sessions resources to help improve performance.
A resync on the Student School Attendance Event resource needs to be completed with this update. Districts can resync in smaller chunks using the date range on the Student School Attendance Events, or resync an entire calendar from start date to the current date if desired.
The Sessions resource does not need to be resynced with this update.

Pennsylvania PIMS Keystone Exemption Extract Fix (SIS-154520)
Several reporting issues with the Pennsylvania PIMS Keystone Exemption Extract have been fixed, including:
- the AUN field was not correctly reporting the State District Number.
- the name of the report has been renamed District number _STUDENT_FACT_YYYYMMDDHHMM.xxx when generated.
- the Category Set Code field has been changed to report 1920 at the end of the code reporting, i.e. ALG is now ALG1920, BIO is now BIO1920, and LIT is now LIT1920.

Previously, if a middle school student was enrolled in a high school in the next school year and had an Academic Plan in that year, they could not view the Plan for their high school enrollment if the Academic Plan preference was not enabled for their middle school enrollment. Localization - Colorado
Colorado - P-EBT Extract (SIS-153206)
The P-EBT Extract has been updated to include recent changes approved by the State of Colorado for the 21-22 school year.
- The Start and End Date fields on the report editor have been removed. In their place is a Submission field, which allows users to generate the report for Semester 1 (August through December) or Semester 2 (January through May).
- Several new fields have been added that include Entry Date, Exit Withdraw Date, Non-School Program Code, FRLP Eligibility Date, Excused Absence Indicators, and Remote/Learning totals.
- The Student's Primary Mailing County Code field (field 22) has been removed.
- Logic for Free/Reduced Price Lunch Eligible (field 23) has been modified to now report the selected code on the student's FRAM Eligibility record.
- The Remote Learning field on the student's Enrollment record has been changed from a checkbox to a dropdown list where users can select the appropriate Remote Learning option for the student. The Type of Learning Modality field (field 25) on the extract has been updated to report the selected value.
