With the Campus.2643 release (October 2026), a new Custom Form workflow and a brand new tool were added to improve the user experience of students, guardians, and form administrators.
Forms initiated from the Portal workflow
Path: Portal > Documents
Certain forms can be printed or started from the Campus Parent and/or Campus Student Portal. Click the New Form button to view available forms.

Student Form Center tool
Path: Student Information > Custom Forms and Custom Modules > Student Form Center
The new Student Form Center tool allows administrators to find and view custom forms assigned to students using various filter options. Instead of locating custom forms for a single student at a time, administrators can use this tool to quickly find form groups, making it easier to manage forms across multiple students. This tool makes it easy to find forms initiated by guardians and students!
The Student Forms Center tool displays an overview of forms in a grid with filtering options at the top of the screen.We've moved!
All of the custom form and custom modules tools are now located in a new UI location: Student Information > Custom Forms and Custom Modules.
