Data Integrity Tools provide state and district users with the ability to certify and approve data certification events. 

The following articles also describe high-level workflows of the data certification process:

Data Certification tools are only available in State Editions of Campus and districts connected to a State Edition of Campus.

Setup

  • District: This tool allows users to assign type memberships.
  • State: The Setup tool contains tabs used for establishing data certification types, memberships and events.
Certification Category
  • District: This tool allows users to assign category memberships.
  • State: The tool contains is used for establishing certification categories and memberships.

This tool consolidates the functionality of the existing Type and Type Membership tools; the existing tools will remain available until the Data Certification redesign is complete.

Event Certification
(District Edition Only)

The Event Certification tool is used to view and certify data certification events published from the state.
Event Dashboard
(State Edition Only)
The Event Dashboard is used to manage data certification events. From here, users can check the status of events, approve district-certified events, request re-certification of an event and close events.
Snapshot Scheduler
(State Edition Only)
The Snapshot Scheduler tool is used to schedule data snapshots used for verifying data within data certification events. 
Event Report
(State Edition Only)
The Event Report displays state and district event status and user membership details for a data certification event.
